United StatesThis hotel is so charming! The morning buffet breakfast in the sunny lobby bar is lovely. It is situated on main street where there were multiple outstanding choices to have drinks, dine and shop. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, and helpful.

The property was stylishly, richly appointed, impeccably clean and provided many unexpected amenities: coffee, tea, and treats at all hours, turn-down service, fresh fruit on every floor, a French press for morning coffee, soaking tub with jets. Breakfast was elegantly presented and upscale. Many dining options within a block or two and a Saturday farmer’s market. Staff always greeted us sincerely. It was as if we had been transported to a fine French hotel.

The attention to detail. There is everything you need in the room and more. Beautifully and tastefully decorated, very clean, spacious. Both a shower and a bath in our bathroom. A real sense of a luxury in downtown Pleasanton. We had a drink at the bar in the evening and the service was excellent. Breakfast was wonderful and a bit different from the usual offerings, which was very welcome!

United StatesWith that being the room was 75 degrees the whole time. We turned it down to 68, and it never went down until 10:30am on the morning we were leaving. We had 3 rooms and they were all the same temp. We had a wedding Friday night so needless to say we didn’t sleep when we came back due to the hot room.
We love the staff and location. The room is cute and bed is comfy.
