I liked that each room had its own bathroom. I also liked that it was close to the main street. Each room had its own separate tv. The condo was decorated in a cute bear theme. The price was also reasonable for our time spent in Pigeon Forge.

A floor lamp would be a bonus in the living room. With the ceiling fan light on the glare can overpower the TV. That is of a very minor importance.

This property is centralized to both Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Gatlinburg. It was awesome to pull up, get out, and go into a well maintained unit. I'd definitely consider staying again.

The body wash didn't do an adequate job of cleaning. I had to buy some.

The condo was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed. We loved that each bedroom had its own full bathroom. The location was perfect as it was in the center of everything. The exterior appearance was a little outdated so we were pleasantly surprised upon entering the condo.

Absolutely loved! The place was so nice, comfortable and close to everything we did, for example Anakeesta, sky bridge, the island and much more! It was a reasonable price for a 3 day stay, and the owners made sure to stay in contact with us! Will definitely stay here again!

Condo was super cute, clean and comfortable with an awesome location. It was perfect for our family vacation. Host was excellent in communicating with us before and during our stay which means a lot. We also enjoyed the balcony

Duck and geese poop but like I said, nothing the home owner could of fixed it was all part of nature

The easiness of getting into the condo didn't have to wait in a line to get into our room. I love the view of the river. How close of a walk it was to lots of shops. Over all we loved everything we will definitely rent from The River Cottage again best stay experience ever.

Everything was perfect! Balcony view, the River the ducks the lights, etc. Cottage was very cozy, loved the fireplace. I would definitely go back to stay here.

It is an adorable little condo. Just off the main drag and convenient to a lot of the main attractions. It was clean and quiet. The ducks, geese and river was a nice plus. Well furnished and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Was unhappy that there was no Hot Tub, everything else was great!

We loved the Condo being on the ground floor. Very convenient to everything in Pigeon Forge! We loved the layout of the Condo. Condo was very comfortable and quiet! Loved feeding the ducks and geese! Nice view from the balcony.
