United StatesThere was a representative at the front desk with a very bad attitude and was outright rude from the initial stay, the staff other than him were great. He had a short hair cut, no facial hair, tan skin complexion and has a smaller build. He was rude to myself and my spouse, we were traveling with our 3 year old who has autism.

United Arab EmiratesThe property is located far from the city of New Haven, you need around 20 minutes drive to reach Yale university, downtown new haven. There is no shop no convenience store in the vicinity of Red Roof, so you must have a car.
Clean room with comfortable beds, decent housekeeping service. Reception staff is helping too. Neighborhood is safe. If you have a car to commute this place is good for you.

United StatesIt was very clean they just didn't have any amenities there was no coffee pot there was no microwave there was no refrigerator the response for all those. The gentleman checking Us in was not very personable he seemed to be irritated that a lot of people were checking in. I was then charged a fee of $50 just in case we did something to the room and that was on a Friday today is Monday and they still did not give me that $50 back and now it posted to my credit card so for me it was clean but I will never stay at a Red roof inn again now I will try to get my $50 back
