United StatesLoved the shower and bath products… Only complaint is there is no hand held shower, just the overhead. It was fine but for a well designed boutique hotel like this, it would add to the luxury shower experience.
Elegant facade, quirky yet chic lobby, beautiful rooftop bar, comfortable and spacious room. Felt like a Wes Anderson film set :) Danielle at the front desk could not have been more friendly and helpful. We loved her! She put our experience over the top into “exceptional” territory. Valet staff was great, too.

Beautiful hotel, newly converted from a 19th century bank building. The public rooms are handsome, the bedrooms comfortable and well-stocked with bath supplies, coffee, etc. The restaurant has terrific food and attentive service. The front desk staff were helpful in finding our way around the area. Coffee and pastries on offer in the morning an unexpected treat.

Upon check in the man who valeted my car was waiting for us in the rain. Carried my bags and was so friendly. Upon check out the young lady “J” at the front desk had my car waiting and I hadn’t even asked for it yet. Excellent service! Very charming hotel.

CanadaThe banging of the gym equipment directly over our bedroom (305) and the noise level from the patio bar was quite noticeable being above the room. Not enough sound proofing especially on the weekend. The pillows are way too huge and the loft makes it hard to sleep as they keep your head almost vertical.

United States$45 for valet parking. No food of any kind, not even coffee and snack until after 4 pm. Most places around are also closed until 4 - 5 pm and concierge could not recommend anything either. During busy periods you have to wait quite a long time for the only elevator to arrive.
Convenient location, across the street from the venue where the wedding we attended was.

SwitzerlandAwful location, no breakfast, price is outrageous, the place is dirty, cleaning was performing by swapping off the floor, there is distinctive door all over, my room was dusty, no sleepers, no fruits complementary for over 420 usd per light!!!! Total xx outrageous, not worth of a half of this price. And the most ugly part is that hospitality is a foreign concept to these employees, I was debased an access to a top roof bar, charging my phone, no iPhone adapter, the noise outside was coming till late, after midnight. It was the worst possible stay in my 20 years of travelling. Never again. Big mistake. Huge rip off, the totally rubbish place want my 430 usd back!!! With the deep apoptosis from their manager and owner.
Thé bed is comfortable and soft. The room is spacious by an European standard. That’s all
