There was a load of dirty dishes left in the dishwasher. But otherwise it was very clean. I couldn't believe that there was no sand at a beach property.

Had a little trouble with the steps in the rain. Also not a huge deal but the clear table was a bit of a pain in my shin in the middle of the night trying to get around.

The door lock is a bit excessive, a 10 digit code really isn't needed and too many digits to memorize for a short stay.

Very clean, comfortable bed and nice neighbors that own the adjacent unit. This was my 2nd stay in this unit.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean, and had everything we needed to get us though. The king size bed was so comfy I napped on vacay lol. It's so close to the beach I didn't even put on shoes. Everything was in walking distance clubs, bars, food, mini golf, Exxon, liquor store, candy, shopping exc. Definitely 5 stars we'll be back!!!

You gotta get a keurig. Most people use them and easier to travel with. Also 1 parking spot can be tough if more than 1 car.

It wasn’t cleaned well, the closet door was off the hinge, the dryer kept stopping in the middle of the cycle and then just died with a full set of clothes in it and one in the washing machine so I had to hang clothes throughout the apartment to try and get them dry enough to be packed up and go home, and it was very expensive. I could’ve bought a week or two at other beach locations for what I paid for the 3 night stay. Since it was so expensive, I expected everything to be topnotch, but it wasn’t.

Location, it’s decorated beautifully, and enough room for everyone. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and tried to help us any way they could. There was someone working on the Saturday at 7:00 in the morning drilling, banging, and hammering in the apartment right beside ours. On the Saturday that we planned to sleep in, I was woken up by this noise. Definitely not the courtesy and for what I paid, that should not have happened. That was very rude.

The hose outside wouldn’t work for us, appearing to need a tool of some kind to turn on (which we were not provided or informed of). The lock also did not easily lock from the inside.

Furniture was comfortable and functional. Full kitchen was lovely, coming stocked with cooking pots and pans.

The room was not clean as expected prior to the check in time..had to wait to get in contact with management, who then provided us with linens and cleaning products so we can clean the unit ourselves since the cleaning team would not be able to until the next day

The only "staff" I came in contact with let himself in, without knocking, AFTER the 4 o' clock check in time to do his rounds. He lied and said he only forgot something from earlier when I am pretty sure he had not been there yet because he had everything with him at that time, i.e. taking photos, brought house supplies, etc. Also, I got sharp broken pieces of glass from something that got shattered from before, ALL OVER THE ENTIRE PLACE, in my foot, multiple times. Could Vacasa maybe touch a broom or vacuum cleaner BEFORE I arrive? The actual place was wonderful and I thank who it belongs to for letting me stay, but Vacasa needs to up their game to the minimum industry standards.

I really liked the unit and it's location. The furniture is cute and functional. Very close to prime beach spot and restaurants/shops.
