Nothing, it is as you’d expect from an Inn.

It’s connected to a gas station, 24/7 convenience store, and a few restaurants. We stayed here for a night as it was really close to the airport and was a great deal. I’d say it’s in the same category as Quality / Holiday Inn but surpasses my experience with the other Inns.

The employees went above and beyond to pick us up at the airport when we dropped our rental off. We went over to the Ponderosa bar and restaurant and enjoyed a wonderful dinner and listened to a great band while watching the locals line dance. It was awesome!!!!

It’s a neat little place to stay! No real complaints. There is one staff member that never talks to me. He doesn’t even acknowledge me. But he talks to the white customers. Maybe check into that.

Property is always clean. There are so many things to do there. It is conveniently located.

This is not a destination location for a hotel, it is in an industrial part of town near the airport and is connected to a trucking service center. That being said, the hotel itself is very nice. We had been driving all day and this was our final stop before flying home the following morning. It worked for us. By the way, they offer shuttle service to the airport if needed.

The place is very clean and the staff extremely helpful! We were surprised at how many amenities were housed at this location. There is a restaurant, cinema, food mart, gas station, laundromat, and much more! The room was comfortable and spacious with a nice sized bathroom, shower and vanity. It included a comfortable lounge chair and small refrigerator.

I was told at 12 noon that the room was ready and I could check in upon arrival at our expected time of 2pm. We arrived at 3pm and the room was not ready.

The only downside was a remote location in a warehouse and trucking area.

Great value for money. Room price included a sumptuous breakfast. Lots of services under the same roof, as this was a truck stop as well. Clean rooms.

There needs to be better seating in the lobby area.

The staff, cleanliness, and the all around atmosphere…which I didn’t think I would like the atmosphere when we first arrived. This place ended up being great for our family with 2 teens who want to get snacks at random hours!

A little far out from the airport, so our Uber was a bit more $$$. Normally portlander pays for uber but since our flight arrived later than the 10 pm cut off, it was on us…otherwise, it was great!

Clean, restaurant open until midnight (fantastic for our delayed flight), super friendly staff!

The breakfast had good choices,,great service was tiptop! . Country fare fresh cooked as ordered! The Portlander had amazing surprises like a cinema line, dancing a bar beautiful cars, a Mac truck inside a cinema and little necessity and beverage shopping. Wonderful!

The beds are stupid hard.

I like having the restaurant and bar all in the same building. I like that there is a movie theater, convenience store, lunch counter. The staff is very helpful and pleasant.

We have no complaints about this property.

We stayed here during a tournament at Delta Park. The staff and facilities were great and we appreciated having a hot breakfast included--plus a laundromat, and convenience store available on property. I also have to include a shout out for the shower pressure and temperature -- honestly one of the best hotel showers ever!

Breakfast was included and was not a buffet. Instead you get to choose from a small menu that is made to order. Generous portions. Room is clean and there is a 50 inch TV at the end of the bed. Enjoyed watching the NBA playoff that night. Parking is easy, free, and felt very secure.
