no elevator , and the parking spaces were to tight, and not enough space. Some of the other guest were parked in double spaces and made it harder to find a spot without worrying about getting in and out of the vehicle and not to mention my own car getting banged up by other car doors. Breakfast was good. But we were expecting some scramble eggs, bacon and maybe waffles. Hot oatmeal and toast was good.

the beds so so comfortable and staff was friendly, area of location was great.

There wasn't anything that we did not enjoy. I can't wait to return. The value was exceptional.

From the moment we arrived it was obvious that our stay was going to be a great one. Staff was friendly and the room was spacious and well decorated. The property is near a couple of restaurants and not far from the beach.

The only thing I would change at this location is the breakfast. The breakfast is just muffins, cereal, toast, bagels, fruit, and yogurt. So it’s more of a grab and go breakfast, but it doesn’t stop me from staying here. We’ve stayed here multiple times.

It’s in a great location close to the ferry, close to the marina, close to Roberts point Park, close to a few shops and a few restaurants. And the location is not far at all just a very short few minute drive to the beach.

One of Port A’s best hotel values. Great location, beds, room size, showers for the price. A winner in my book.

Breakfast was subpar. Muffins were stale, as was cereal, fruit was aged, no waffle maker as expected, Almost better off not offering breakfast and invest in happy hour w/ snacks instead. Appliances (AC, refrigerator) are old and very noisy.

Convenient. Easy to find. Creative building with center social area. Appointed well for a more upscale vibe. Cost of room vs overall location, feel, decor, layout, size of room, amenities- is a very good value at under $100 per night. Showers and beds are great.

The shower doors kept sliding open and the tub floor looked dirty. Otherwise clean. Breakfast was okay. Was expecting a little more.

It was newly renovated and in a great location. We were 5 minutes away from the beach and the ferry. There was the dolphins adventures across the street and multiple restaurants within minutes from the hotel.

    A wonderful weekend!

Breakfast options are minimal... like milk and cereal and bagels. Lots of families with children, and I think everyone thought it would be more of a small breakfast buffet like you find in most mid-price hotels since they do indicate that breakfast is included. This was our only disappointment. Traffic is crazy, but we went the weekend before school starts in much of Texas, so it wasn't unexpected. The whole area is very family friendly, and tons of golf carts all over. The beach was wonderful- not too crowded, and nice and clean. You could see to the bottom all the way out which is comforting if you love to swim in the waves. We paid $12 for a 2025 beach parking pass.

After I booked our room through Booking.com, I received a message from the hotel saying that they were undergoing reconstruction... I was afraid is would be messy and noisy. No - our room looked brand new! The whole place smelled wonderful! We saw no evidence of any construction workers or materials, but were pleasantly surprised with a lovely room and location. Nice flooring, incredible powerful shower, white and comfy beds, and clean! All staff were friendly and helpful. About 2 miles to the beach - a straight shot from the motel and walking distance from lots of shops and activities.

Ice machine did not work. Check in was confusing due to location of front desk in the part of the hotel still under construction.

Clean comfortable quiet and great location. Free breakfast and coffee were pretty good.

Bar on the 3rd floor wasn't open yet. Also, the big girl with the funky glasses didn't tell us about the Community pool in the area even after I asked if there was a pool.

Water pressure and shower head was really good. The sink kept fill up instead of draining.

That it was right near the ferry. And right near where 4th of July fireworks displayed. Got to watch them from the drom of the hotel. Within walking distance to restaurants.

The room was nice but painted in dark colors which didn't help with lighting. There was dark carpeting as well.

The room was clean, great size, 300+ square ft , on ground floor with mini fridge, microwave, one cup Keurig coffee maker and nice size TV. Great size walk-in shower stall and built in make-up mirror with lighting. The king bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Nice work station. Complementary breakfast in lobby right outside our door. The staff was awesome. Thank you, Shawna, Sandy, Teresa. Great location, literally walked across the street to eat at one of our fav restaurants and to our fishing adventure!
