Staff are super friendly and helpful, rooftop bar has the best views of Manhattan for morning coffees or evening cocktails. Great neighbourhood to stay in with excellent local coffee shops, bars, restaurants and shops.

Shower leaked every time I used it they did try to fix it but I still ended up having to mop water up off the floor . The shades in the room I could get the blackout shade to come down by itself but I couldn’t get the sheer shade to come down by itself .

Coffee in the room was good , pastries available in the reception area in the morning. You could walk to shops restaurants and the river right from the hotel . Bed was comfortable.

Great location in Williamsburg - an easy walk to local shops and the nearest subway stop. Staff at reception were very friendly and accomodating, even holding onto my suitcase for a few hours after check out while I explored the city.

When I asked to be moved to a quieter room due to the carnival outside they were able to accommodate me which meant a lot! Room was lovely and modern and bed super comfortable.

Call it cool, creative, hip, stylish, trendy or anything similar that doesn't sounds to gen x. This is a great hotel to experience the local delights of Williamsburgs, Brooklyn and even Manhattan. From the cool art pieces, unique coffee experiences, fantastic views to delicious breakfast pastries and tremendous tacos...what didn't I like?

Second time to this little gem of a hotel. The location is perfect to visit family nearby. The staff is perfect - friendly, helpful. The room was even more comfortable than our last stay! We enjoyed a drink on the rooftop before we went to dinner. Great views and service.

Beautiful room, well decorated. Loved the pour over coffee "kit" and instructions, the yoga mat, the books on the city history. The neighborhood is calm and quiet and has convenient subway 4min away as well as coffee shops.

Although there was a kitchenette, the hotel did not provide any bowls, plates or washing up liquid/ sponges so it's not really suitable to use for cooking or eating I also don't understand modern hotels obsession with clear doors in the bathroom. As two friends we don't want to see each other using the bathroom or shower so just be mindful if you're the same. The WiFi also logged out quite often and the upstairs restaurant is only open for breakfast on the weekend.

The design of the hotel was cool and the rooftop bar had lovely views across the city. Aircon worked well, and you can Chromecast to the TV. The turndown service was very responsive and made our room very clean and tidy each day. The area around the hotel had a good collection of shops and cafes and it didn't take too long to get into town.

Loveeeee the rooftop it’s an incredible viewpoint. Staff in the hotel were lovely and accommodating, the reception area has lots of little items to buy for snacking etc. the room was 10/10 couldn’t fault it and you get a cute striped robe to wear! Thanks so much!

Can't think of much (most comments would be nitpicks). The only thing I found a bit difficult was keeping the room a consistent temperature.

Lovely property, exceptionally well-designed room, comfortable (if a tad small, but this is NYC after all). Friendly staff. The pour-over coffee in the room is delicious. Great shower with wonderful water pressure. Excellent stay. Sidenote: Some of the best pizza in NYC is a short walk away.

One of the staff members was fine, though a bit haughty/chilly and it didn’t feel great. The room was small, but kind of normal for New York.

The hotel is cute, with a modern quirky sensibility. Artwork from local youth. The room had everything we needed and was perfectly located for visiting with our son.
