Check in process was cumbersome and the automated messages made it more frustrating than it should have been. There are no top lights in the apartment with the exception of the main entrance so keep this in mind as rooms and corridors can get very dark. Also the third bathroom is just a toilet so it really has two bathrooms (en suite) and the third bedroom (small box room) needs to share shower with someone else. Not a huge deal but makes it less comfortable when all 3 rooms are occupied by friends, not a family.

Very spacious, comfortable and in excellent location. Felt very luxurious. And watching a storm on the 24th floor made it seem spectacular. Chicago is a great place to visit and the apartment made it even more special.

The Bernardin is top class apartment at an excellent location very close to the magnificent mile in Chicago downtown. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, complete with amenities and utilities thoughtfully put together to ensure a very satisfying experience for our family. Little things that make a difference were already kept ready for our use and convenience. Would certainly like to stay here again and recommend to those seeking a fulfilling stay in Chicago!

Great location, great well maintained and stocked apartment - easy to communicate with the hosts and staff here very friendly and welcoming. The apartment is a great spacious place well maintained and well stocked. Actually booked this apartment - at the start and end of a trip here, and will definitely come back. The kitchen is well equipped to make meals, the apartment is very clean and comfortable- it was warm even on cold days without the heating needed to be turned on. The hosts are very accessible over messages and were quick to reply to my queries.

Everything! The location was perfect. Close to everything. The apartment was beautiful and clean and luxurious. The kitchen was well equipped. I felt like home. The service of the property managers was incredible. Friendly and fast.

There should be some mirrors in the room Further, the bathroom tub in one of the bathrooms when we checked in had a lot of women hairs on the wall, and the bathtub was not wahsed property, resulting in it being very slippery. My brother fell down in the tub when he entered. Thank God he was not hurt

The garage was tricky. Access and exit key wasn't working. ended up being charged for a day of parking which should have been included in the rate.

Check in was a struggle, the room was not ready on time and we were not greeted well with a valid explanation. It was frustrating to be honest. The ring of keys were not explained to us either, after failed attempts to enter we went back and had to get the manager to get it straightened out so we could enter the room.

The apartment was set up nicely and furnished with basic toiletries, coffee and kitchen ware. Everything was extremely clean and organized. The appliances were in new condition and worked well. I was very pleased with the layout and furniture.

I think the bedrooms could've had slightly brighter lighting.

Great home - it was SUPER spacious for the 5 of us. The location was great - close to CTA and walking distance to the river, Magnificent Mile. The check-in was super seamless. The front lobby gentleman who greeted us was friendly and welcoming. The home itself had a great view and was nicely furnished. The kitchen was stocked with what you needed if you wanted to cook, the bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Finally, the Cloud9 team was great - answered all our questions immediately. We'd love to stay here again the next time we visit Chicago!

The staff. Every time we walked in or out it seemed as if we were bothering the staff. I asked simple questions with very short responses. They were not approachable at all.

There were no cushions for the seats on the balcony which meant they were unusable. The settee in the apartment looked lovely but was more like a bed; you couldn't really sit on it. The apartment needs a large comfortable sofa and a couple of comfortable chairs. There really wasn't anywhere to sit but lots of room for furniture.

The organisation was excellent. Picking up keys / communication etc. was brilliant. The apartment was lovely, clean and brilliantly located.

The location was perfect for us and our couple friend. We are 39 and 40 from a small town in northern Michigan. Stabs donuts for breakfast and easy access to bus and rail lines. Apartment was beautiful and the tenants and staff were very friendly and helpful everytime.
