Such a cute townhouse n plenty of room! Easy access to the beach. Owner was very friendly and let us check out later. Another bonus was free parking!

Nothing stood out.

The place looked exactly like the pictures online. Really clean. Plenty of space. We were able to rent a Golf Cart on site. The easy communication with the owner was an overall plus for me.

We didn't realize that there would be 16 stairs to climb to get to the bedroom! We were able to handle them, but as "senior Seniors", we might not come back for that reason. We weren't able to watch TV at first, but the host offered to help us load their TV info so we could watch more channels. Our host was always just a text away if we needed her.

Shae sent us the gate code and door code the day before we left, so we were all set. The man who was usually at the front gate was always pleasant and helpful. The location was wonderful for where we wanted to go, which was St. Andrews State Park, just 5 miles away. There's beach access just a few minutes' walk from the condo, but we found St. Andrew's to be more to our liking. And we were only 5 miles in the other direction from Pier Park, which we visited for the movies on the one rainy day. Publix, WalMart and a great variety of restaurants were only minutes away. The bed was extremely comfortable, which was a blessing!

Shae has been an absolute Gem of a host! Her place is absolutely beautiful and it's obvious she takes great pride in keeping it well maintained and comfortable. She was easy to communicate with throughout our 10 day stay and was very accommodating about our needs. The location of this compound is stellar. Just a nice walk to the beach. Our puppy dog loved meeting all the dog neighbors. I love the balcony off the master bedroom and the layout of the entire condo. I was also pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was well equipped with stainless steel pans and utensils.

Not so much the property itself, but just the number of bugs and creepy crawlers in Florida in general.

It was absolutely amazing! Very clean, easily accommodated and family of 6. Saved us a ton of money by having a full kitchen and a grill.

Shae was the most accommodating and tentative owner I have ever rented from. Shae was very responsive to any questions I had and made sure I was happy with my stay. The condo was nice and very affordable. Don’t bother wasting space with chairs and pool/beach supplies as there are more than enough available. I would rate her property 10/10 and would stay here again and refer this property to any friends visiting Panama City Beach.

Maybe rent the golf cart next time when going to the beach.

Easy walk to the beach, enjoyed the resort restaurant and pool. Everyone was friendly. The owner of the Condo was very nice and easy to communicate with. The Condo was just the right size for 3 adults and close to restaurants. Will definitely have to go back.

Was advertised as having three baths with tub and shower. It has 1 full bath upstairs and a 1/2 bath downstairs. Does not have two full baths. There is no bath in the Master Bedroom. Would be fine for a family with small children, but we were traveling with another couple so private baths were preferred. Owner was very responsive and updated the details with Booking but it was too late to change locations.

Townhome is in a great location with lots of amnenities and 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Has a private beach access and restaurant nearby. The home is fully loaded with everything that you would need to enjoy as your home away from home. Restuarants, shops and the beach are close.

The pool on the beach was such a nice feature! My girls loved the heated pools as well. I thought the property itself was cute and clean. Perfect for our family vacation!
