Muse New York was a fantastic stay and really added to our trip. The room was spotless, modern, and spacious, with a lovely bathroom and a comfortable bed. We even had a fairly nice view of some the Times Square lights, which made it feel extra special. What truly stood out was the service. Daniel at the front desk was exceptional! He was friendly, welcoming, and full of great local knowledge. After a disappointing experience at another hotel nearby, he made us feel looked after from the moment we arrived. We honestly couldn’t thank him enough. We’d highly recommend Muse New York and would happily stay again on our next visit.

I would suggest that the bathroom be renovated and the reception area be refurbished to enhance the overall guest experience.

I enjoyed my stay at The Muse Hotel. The location was very convenient, and I truly appreciated the friendliness of the staff, especially at the reception. The room was comfortable and quite spacious. I did not try the breakfast, so I cannot comment on it.

While we didn't experience much street noise, the AC in the room was very loud, especially when switching on. We did get used to it very quickly but I'm sure some people would struggle to sleep while it's turned on. The toilet was also noisy at random times. Hotel and room amenities were also lacking for the price paid. The room lacked a kettle and the cafe downstairs was quite expensive with very little choice on the menu.

The location of the hotel was great for a first time visitor in New York. There were some great cafe and restaurant choices nearby and so many attractions were a walk away. Despite being so close to Time Square, our room faced away from the main street and we weren't bothered by much street noise The room was clean and very spacious. The beds were comfortable and a perfect size for two. All hotel staff were lovely and super helpful. They shared some great recommendations of things to do in the city.

We spent 5 nights at this hotel and could not fault it.

Hotel is located very close to Time Square which made other attractions in the area easily accessible, the room was very comfortable, though it did lack some creature comforts like a kettle/coffee maker, though these are available on request. The staff have a very easy nature and were very welcoming and not pushy at all.

Air conditioning is quite noisy and my partner is a light sleeper so she needed it turned off during the night. The room was a little small and the fridge was under the desk so the desk chair couldn't be tucked in. Glasses weren't changed, when they were used and dirty. Staying here is expensive but it is New York.

Excellent location in midtown. Times Square within a minute walk but the hotel isn't noisy. 7th Avenue, Rockefeller, 5th Avenue all super close by. Rooms are very clean, bed comfy, bathroom very large, shower has great water pressure. Staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities like the water bottle fountain, lobby bathrooms and sitting areas were nice.
