Polyester sheets (aka microfiber) and the TV is an issue…it would have been good to have instructions. Busy street, but not horrible.

The hosts were friendly, professional, and proactive in communicating. All of the details for accessing the property, as well as expectations for clean up and check out, were all provided ahead of time and very clear and reasonable. The house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with laundry, dishes, etc. Location was great and the aesthetics of the house were really nice. I appreciated the photos of the remodel work that went into fixing up the house while retaining some of the vintage charm of the original build.

The location was wonderful! It was within walking distance of the main streets while being far enough to feel like you weren't in a busy area. There was a coffee shop super close and we didn't drive anywhere unless we were out past dark.

I didn’t really like that it was right by the street but at the same time that was a good thing because i could just walk to downtown or the park nearby!

Everything was so great! I liked that there was already good quality soaps in both bathrooms and ton of kitchen supplies, It was very cozy overall, nice vibes.

Everything was great. Access to a fenced yard would have made this place 12/10 but having a little grass area was nice.

Everything about renting the Mountains Avenue house was amazing- the location was great, the house itself is just gorgeous, everything was clean and neat and it’s so comfortably designed. The rooms are huge! And it’s dog friendly, which is wonderful. Thank you!

Upstairs bath & shower cramped but not really a problem for us. Street traffic can be noisy when drivers speed by. But not a problem at night.

Impressive remodel of historic house, with photos of the process artfully displayed. Roomy bedrooms, kitchen, downstairs bath. Classically simple wood doors, trim & beams. Manager very responsive to my questions, and request for early check-in.

Cozy, clean beds are very comfortable. Upstairs room very spacious. Cute coffee shop a block away and 20 minute walk downtown. Pet friendly.

No outside area, no privacy when you were outside on a busy street.

Great redo of an old house. Big bedrooms, very comfortable beds. Enough of everything, towels, disposables, and cookware.

The upstairs main bedroom had kind of a creepy vibe. My daughter, who slept in the room with her husband, was hardly able to sleep a wink in that room. Also, the downstairs bedroom door would not stay open, probably because the house is old, the doors are original to the home, and the hinges might have to be adjusted. There was also a weird smell that would come and go in all of the bedrooms which we couldn't figure out where it came from or what it was. Was a kind of strange odor with a sweet tint to it.

The house was nicely decorated and had all of the amenities needed. It was also very clean and the location made it very easy to visit restaurants and shops in Ashland.

Comfortable and pleasant interior design, great for relaxing and for gathering with family. The beds are very comfortable. Nice kitchen layout, we cooked brunch for 10 and it was a lot of fun 😁.

Very little to complain. Cutlery were a bit short in numbers. (5 forks only?). A few ants in the kitchen area.

Clean, well furnished, everything functioned. Mid-distance walk to downtown Ashland. Near my expectations. Will recommend highly.

The railing with the stairs the stairs should go all the way to the top of the stairs. The step up into the bathroom upstairs is a potential trip hazard particularly when exiting the bathroom and having to step down.

The locations was great. Easy walk to downtown Ashland and theater. The house is as shown and worked well and is well stocked.

This place was amazing! Beautiful and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and everything was nice and clean. I loved this stay!! There was a miscommunication about the door lock, but was able to fix and and promptly resolve.

The only complaint is that there seems to be a commercial truck yard down the street. So you can sometimes hear trucks driving by regularly in the morning before getting up. Was a very minor annoyance.

There was lots of space, a dedicated thermostat control in every room, and it was easy to get to.

Outdoors area is somewhat exposed front yard, but that's minor as we did got our outdoor fix at local parks. .

Great value. Comfortable and spacious. Crisply furnished in standard modern farmhouse style. Walkable neighborhood close enough to some nice restaurants and a cafe. Short drive to main downtown areas. Parking for 2 cars. Everything new and remodeled within a historic frame. Beds comfortable.
