The only thing that was difficult was parking. There is a valet service that helps with this.. you just have to give them 10-15 minutes heads up.

Everything was great. Room was clean and decorated well. Hotel staff were nice and helpful. Restaurants, airport, gas station all nearby.

The first morning, the water did not warm up in the morning - not sure if because too many people were taking showers at the same time, but did not have that issue again over the next 2 days.

Street parking was very limited. An option of $37 was offered with valet parking only in the garage. The staff (receptionist) seemed very unhappy about her job. I was trying to ask questions and she kept having attitude (I was not the only one who noticed). Very strict on only checking in at 4pm exact.

The water from the sinks smelt like sewer - it was difficult to brush my teeth or wash hands - the shower didn’t smell tho, also it was sandwiched between two gross cheap hotels

The towels and toiletries seemed as though they were skimped on. If you can’t find street parking (which we did half our stay), you’re required to pay for valet parking. There is some noise during heavy commute times due to it located in a popular area.

The room was clean, and bathroom was beautiful- great updates. It’s located in a busy area, which depends on your preference..but we loved the quick morning walk to coffee.

The smell in the front lobby was quite strong. When entering our room noticed a stain on the carpet and felt like it was not cleaned thoroughly. Though the hotel provides their own shampoo/conditioner, there is no place to put our own toiletries. Also the rooms are not noise cancelling so you can hear the people drinking and talking downstairs.

The staff was nice and helpful. The beds we found comfy. The area is nice for a walk and is close to some nice places to eat.

Cons. This is probably one of the only hotels in the area that charges you to park your car on the property, $45/night! Thats ridiculous! You can find a little parking on the street but you either suck it up or walk a short distance. Second, if you are in any kind of a hurry do not eat breakfast there. The coffee is weak, food takes forever and overpriced.

So for the Pro's. I thought the property was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and courteous. We had left a couple of items in the room, laptop, which was turned in by housekeeping which is definitely a positive!
