Theres no coffee maker and no microwave to heat up food. The food at timber cafe reminded me of cafeteria food in high school. No flavor. The waitresses at warehouse 101 were rude and it felt like they were very judgmental to where they swapped out a waitress after we did our order cause we didnt know children couldnt b in the restaurant after 9. Yes we were upset cuz we were out celebrating my birthday and didnt get back til late, but we accommodated and went back to our rooms with the food. And the attitude from the second waitress who took the payment for the order was snarky and rude. when we tried to give her our player club for the points to earn with how much we were spending she rolled her eyes and said “this wont give u a discount just points” which we already knew but it was the tone in her voice. And even tho they didnt serve us food all they did was take our order i was still nice enough to tip her. Probably wont be coming back here for a while.

The pool area and deck area were nice. Rooms are large. I liked having a patio. Great one way stretch to the beach and crabbing.

Fire alarm went off one morning. No explanation. Most of the food was awful. The cost is very high.

It was a little disappointing the restaurant was closed and getting to tower rooms was sometimes challenging because an elevator was out of service.

The Mill is situated on the water, which in the summer, provides for a very pleasant setting on the large patio facing the water.Every single staff I encountered was pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. The pet fee was a little on the high side, but they provided pet waste bags and treats.

I didn't like that they didn't have coffee makers in the room and it was hard to find coffee . Also no one really offering drinks on the casino floor

Unfortunately, there is no laundry room! I had to go to the laundry area located in the RV parking lot, which meant several trips by car from the hotel to the parking area. Also, the power went out for a few hours, but it was an accident, so I don’t blame them for it.

I was driving on Highway 101, and honestly, this place was excellent for staying and relaxing. There were plenty of parking spots, the room was comfortable, and there were several restaurants inside the casino. I just wish they would add some fans in the area between the hotel and the casino, as the smell of smoke spreads there — but overall, everything was just fine.

Some restaurants not open, service in the one that was open was terrible. We sat there for half an hour, got acknowledged once and never saw any one again. Got up and walked out.

Stayed here on a road trip, never been in one of these casinos before. Reception was friendly and helpful. Room had a bay view and was large but the overall ambiance was rather dated. Everything worked fine and aircon was quiet when heating or cooling which is a bonus in IS hotels. The lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room was a big negative. Also the in hotel dining was unattractive certainly to me and when I went searching for food all I found was low quality burger bars. For me as a passer by the location was poor because of the lack of dining anywhere in walking distance and the price was very high for the standard. I suppose if you want to feed slot machines for a day it certainly convenient. One exception though was the breakfast at the pancake house down the road, that was excellent. Unfortunately this wasn’t open in the evening.
