I was offered a free late check-out in exchange for a 5-star review. Makes you wonder about the reliability of the reviews. The room was very basic, however TV and coffee maker were not working. I was only staying one night and informed the cleaners in the morning. Important to know, there is no reception desk, no staff on site, all virtual. I arrived in the evening and had not received the door code yet. A hassle if there is nobody to go talk to. Lastly, there were blackouts curtains but no sheer curtains. Guests in the hallway could look right into the room. As a solo traveler, the motel-like property didn’t feel particularly safe but that is difficult to judge and may just be my experience.

Great value on the beach. Probably one of the cheapest hotels you can find, especially on the golden mile. Wonderful beaches and overall a quiet part of the beach.

No one on staff in lobby area. The smell of pot while outside, broken glass at pool area and in grass going to beach. A lady with 2 cats in a crate waiting to go inside her room. We have a child allergic to cats and was supposed to be no cats allowed.

I wish our room had had a window facing the ocean instead of the road. The way the building is built they could have definitely had windows on the side facing the ocean just wasn't built that way. The room was clean enough, could have been better for the price. This hotel allowed animals so I was glad there was tile floors or I feel like the pet dander would have been an issue. There was absolutely no staff onsite, even for check in purposes, which I thought was odd. But overall our stay was pleasant and I wouldn't mind staying again if need be

They allowed our Lab and the fee was not exorbitant. It was old school, parked in front of the door so easy loading/unloading. A 3 minute walk to the beach!!!

No elevator. Was located on 3rd floor. No breakfast. Room door would not lock had to move to another room got the the new room the electrical door would not work. I had to go to 2nd floor storage room to get my own hard copy of key. Room still had sand on it. Requested a broom to clean floor. I can say the Maintance man did all he could to help he was very pleasant and helpful. I asked if possible for a discount and no response through the virtual front desk attendant. They need to have someone at the desk to help customers.

Pictures not showing that it is located sideways to the beach and there is no sea view. Check in at 4pm is just absurd especially if check out at 10am. So I’m paying for 18 hours. Regular hours 1-2pm to 11am. So they robbed me for 4 hours.
