Nothing! I was nervous based on noise comments in reviews but we had no issues!

Wow, this was a great stay! Beautiful apartment, nice having kitchen, tons of plugs, smart tv, great amenities (extra towels, bedding, etc) LOCATION is a 10/10! literally steps from riverwalk, alamo etc. We parked in the Houston St Garage based on other comments and a super easy walk and also affordable! 100% would stay again.

Complicated and long check in. I was too tired to spend 20 mins for the long questionery with selfies and card details. When I book with Booking.com I would like to provide only ID and card. Additionally they changed extra safe deposit , that is still wasn’t received back :(

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The Maverick is close to the River walk and the Alamo.

The loud music, it didn’t bother us that much, but it would of been nice if the windows had curtains to make the room darker.

Designated pin didn’t work for our room, however staff resolved it and gave us a fob to use instead.

Super cosy and comfortable rooms. Ceiling fans were great during this weather. Extremely close location to the riverwalk which was nice.

Even though we were a few floors away, there was a lot of noise from the street and the party outside. I couldn't sleep, They gave us earplugs before going up, and it wasn't a good sign. I put my cellphone with white sound

Too much noise from the outside. I think that it is necessary to put thicker glass in the windows to reduce the noise from outside.

The noise and the lights that come through the windows are a bit annoying but there are earplugs and eye shades on the nightstand.

We loved the location, how spacious, modern and clean it was. We also loved the reception. We felt so welcome by the friendly desk clerk, Daly. Also, good, cheap and safe sparking is just around the corner.

Remote control wasn’t working properly. Probably needed batteries replaced. Needs sound proofing. I could hear big machinery from the street very early on a Sunday morning.

Loved the quaint atmosphere. Apartment was very cozy.

Very noisy but to be expected on a holiday weekend. Many of the cars on the street below continued to rev up their engins and peel out right under our window however the host did provide ear plugs

Parking!! Charge 42 a day for valet parking. It took us 1.25 hours to get our car at 5am on day of departure. Had talked to valet at hotel & at Hilton Garden Inn day prior to be sure valet was available at 5am. Assured us no problem! Front desk staff at Hilton outright LIED to us. Said valet was in his way, was parking other cars. When valet FINALLY showed at 6:10, he said he had JUST GOTTEN CALL & had not parked any other cars prior. RIDICULOUS system! Keys were not where we had been told they’d be( Hilton Garden) They were in locked valet box at the Maverick. Valet didn’t have key to get in box. Poor kid had to run back to Hilton, find key, run back, get our key, then go retrieve car. It was 1.5 hours total!! They should have refunded us at least one day parking for the debacle!!

Apartments were beautiful! Kitchen was great! Location could not be better!! Literally steps away from Riverwalk access.

Air conditioning struggled to keep room at set temperature. Room on side of alley made for noisy early morning dumpster trucks. (Not the hotels fault) Didn't use parking.

Completely not the hotels fault but there was roadworks going on outside our room. The room doesnt have any sound proofing at all, so it was very noisy.

It was perfect

Perfect location, central to everything. Steps from the Riverwalk. Super clean and the staff were fantastic. Exceeded my expectations and will highly recommend to my friends and family to stay there.
