The Manor is a great place to stay. Lots of small details that a boutique hotel would have, but yet so comfortable and homey.

There is definitely street noise if you are in a street facing room. Not a deal breaker for me, and it’s mainly during waking hours only. If you are a super light sleeper, use a sound app or sound machine and perhaps the back facing rooms are quieter. There is no staff on site after 7pm, which was an issue one night with disrespectful guests who were a group of families traveling together and letting their kids run wild throughout as if it was their own Airbnb. I assume that doesn’t happen often and the staff dealt with it first thing in the morning.

The staff was so very friendly and accommodating. The Adirondack chairs by the rambling creek out back were amazing and so peaceful. The bed was so comfortable it was hard to get out of!

I can’t say anything bad about this property. The yards and flower beds are beautiful. The rooms look out onto a creek that had wood ducks and mallards swimming. Close to shopping as well. Nothing bad can be said.

Exceptional meet every expectation and more. The property owners go the extra mile to make it personal, comfortable, and accommodating. It was clean, neat , beautifully decorated and comfortable. I can’t praise this place enough. The young man running it was absolutely fabulous. He made check in easy and was personable and friendly.

Breakfast and coffee were excellent! The Staff was amazing and wanted to make sure you were happy and comfortable! The room was amazing with everything that you needed. Parking was convenient and overall, this place was beautifully decorated, and the location is in walking distance of everything on main street in Blowing Rock!

Staff was EXCELLENT !!! We thoroughly relaxed in the backyard by the creek and enjoyed walking through Historic downtown Blowing Rock. Our desire to relax for a couple days was absolutely achieved Thank you.

I was a little disappointed because I thought the living area was separated from the bedroom (according to the pics on the site). We made it work as a family but I felt a little misled.

Did expect a little more for breakfast when it said it was included-maybe I misread but was thinking it would have been a hot breakfast offering- muffins were great and fruit and yogurt were appreciated but thought it was a hot breakfast

Mo was extremely courteous and pleasant. Rooms were fabulous and breakfast was delivered in adorable farm style tins and very good! Highly recommend the Manor! Perfect walk to town also! We will return!
