Shower tiles needed repair and caulking so there was some mildew. Staff hard to find for questions. Went by front desk a couple times during normal business hours and there was no one present and no signage about how to reach someone. Sauna was not working.

Room was big and well furnished. The property was quiet and beautiful with wild flowers everywhere! Common spaces were beautiful. Crepe truck was amazing.

Not a lot open which we were expecting to be. And also why we chose this hotel. Sauna was dirty and out of order by the looks of things, bar not open, and other areas/facilities couldnt be used.

The First room was a little faulty

We had a small hiccup with our room upon arrival, but it was quickly resolved thanks to the incredible staff. Leslie and Brett went above and beyond — truly top-notch professionals in the hospitality field. Because of their care and the overall experience, we ended up loving our stay so much that we extended it an extra day. We were sad to leave and will definitely be back!

I was in a hotel room, not a standalone buildings. Shower water pressure was very weak. There’s only one outlet to connect my phone or any device chargers. Bring extension cord if you have multiple devices. No vending machine, so you need to get drinks from the the lobby, expensive.

They subjected me to an incredible amount of marketing prior to my visit. I must have recieved 50 emails. It was quite annoying, and an abuse of the fact that they had my contact information. I booked on Booking.com and I would have hoped that Booking.com might help to control Outbound Mammoth's misbehavior.

Location is very convenient for East Sierra Transit.

The gym and sauna are outdated and should be relocated like near the pool area.

The reception/lobby was inviting. The cabins were great because of the kitchen and separate from the main hotel. Family and I enjoyed the lawn area where the fire pits were and all the wild flowers on the property (summertime).

Nice Facility. We visited in summer, but they layout is also very suitable for the winter ski trips. Beautiful location at the foothill of the Rockies. Only a 3 hour scenic drive into Yosemite park. If you have a chance visit Glacier Point with a breathtaking view. Mammoth village and the lakes are very nice.

The room was expensive as is, plus an additional $30 resort fee, when we literally checked in after 11:00 pm and checked out by 8:00 am.

You can tell the property is older, but the hotel has undergone a big remodel.

The property is beautiful! There were opportunities to enjoy peace and quiet or be social with others in the game room or wine bar.
