They dont have room service to clean while your there, the slides hurt to go down, and it wasnt the cleanest.

Terrible some of the elevators was out or order,check in supposed to be 4:00pm staff was super slow,my room wasn’t ready till 5:00pm ,around 5:20 pm a tall african American guy was knocking my door he get in my room and told me he is a housekeeper and he say have to fix the floor damage,I told him once I check in he can’t stay in my room so after discussing the situation he finally left the room,I didn’t received any apology from the management,I don’t recommend this place staff is very bad

The number of pools was nice, kept them from being overcrowded. The view of the beach from the pool was nice too.

We booked this place so our kids could enjoy the water slides and well they weren't open. The outdoor pools were so packed I didn't trust letting my kids go in. So we just stayed there long enough to sleep and shower. We also ended up paying fees that we weren't told about. Also they make you pay for parking even tho your staying there. They add 12 a day for parking, as well as a security deposit. The room wasn't to bad the service wasn't bad.

The elevators were breaking down. One time it took 10 mins to get on an elevator and I was on the 9th floor with my bags. I was told they had heated pools none of them were heated! The hotel needs a few upgrades!

There was no housekeeping. Beds were very small. Make sure you book saying oceanfront, not ocean view. It wasn’t worth the money

The bed!! So hard. Creaky! The halls smelly wet, elevator gross....and so confusing with our proper signs. Some working right. The room was outdated. Ceiling tiles....falling down by pool area....just not worth the close to 300 a night on off season!!!!!!! Disappointed!! Just being honest. The hot tub..OMG bunch of little kids running into hot tub and no parental supervision. ...NOT what my boyfriend and I had in mind for a relaxing hot tub evening. We left in less than 15 minutes. Just dirty looking.

The shower head was broken , and anytime you took a shower the whole bathroom would get wet. The sheets had stains on them , looked similar to tire marks . When we arrived to the hotel we noticed we did not have a kitchen and for the price we paid it was a little disappointing.

My room: bath tub bottom discoloration, some kitchen cabinets were in poor shape, my bedroom door was swollen therefore couldn’t be closed, the bedroom location at the entrance outside wall.

Just to list a few: The roaches, The bedroom outlet shot sparks out, room lights didn’t come on just flickered, The stuck up attitude from staff, we told staff a baby shit in the lazy river & it was never closed for cleaning, the broken elevator that wouldn’t let you off when you got to your floor, the in house restaurants gross food, poor quality resort. Overall I’m heartbroken situations were handled the way they were. Oh and if you have a ocean view just know they don’t dim the hotel lights at night so you can’t sleep with the curtains open to see the ocean at night without the football stadium pool lights to keep ya up.
