We had to pay for parking and it was across the street which was a little challenging for my husband who uses a cane. Too corporate.

Breakfast was good. Our second day, we had to call breakfast in because housekeeper forgot to leave breakfast menu. When we received our breakfast, only received half of what I got the day before.

Unfortunately the front of house and porche now overlooks a parking lot. Trees do not cover the parking lot yet. But this is compensated with the nice house and staff, and very good location.

Its a very nicely decorated historic house, spacious rooms, with a big porch and back garden. The staff is very attentive. It is also very well located.

The staff had their moments. The bed was uncomfortable for me but my husband liked it so probably just a me issue.

Loved the location. Easy to walk to and from, close to all the great things downtown including restaurants and bars. Loved the courtyard and honestly loved the location on the room.

This was our second visit. We love it here. Quiet, secluded and comfortable. Big thank you to Mary and Darlene! Rooms are spotless. Lovely big walk in shower. Comfortable beds. Plenty of charging points and free strong WIFI. Beautiful private courtyard to relax and dine in full of magnolias and wildlife. Lovely extensive continental breakfast. In all perfect.

Great location. We walked everywhere & there are lots of restaurants only a few steps away. Loved the breakfast treats, 5pm wine & appetizers & later proseco. We sat in the relaxing private courtyard & on the porch. The surprise local snack selections in the room was a delightful surprise. Leonard was very helpful as well.

The to remote didn’t work and they didn’t repair it.

Whilst a lovely hotel it was pretty expensive for what it was. Our room in the carriage house was very dark and could hear the neighbours upstairs

Lovely character filled hotel in short walking distance to Fremch Quarter. Nice touches like free snacks and drinks. Easy parking across the road

No complaints….

A lovely place to stay in Charleston. We were able to walk to restaurants, the Market, & our sunset cruise dock. The front porch was a fun place to sit & people watch. The back patio was quiet & secluded. Great breakfasts & the daily happy hour was wonderful! I really appreciated the sparkling water & in room treats of chips, nuts, benne crackers.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. Stay was perfect.

My husband were in Charleston for 1 night and booked at the Jasmine house. Our stay was wonderful. The front desk staff was exceptional. They offer a wine and cheese cocktail hour as well as a continental breakfast in the morning which far exceeded any continental breakfast that I've had elsewhere. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean with the right decor for such an historical building. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Charleston.

The bathroom was not super clean, nothing terrible but a bit under what I would expect for the price.

Our stay was wonderful, the wine/cheese hour and champagne /macaroons hours were a real treat. The outdoor space is also beautiful and the location is perfect for walking around Charleston.

We stayed in a carriage house room and are both light sleepers. It was hard to block out the light from the courtyard.

Location was top notch. The property made us feel a part of the area. The staff were attentive and friendly.
