The beds were a bit too hard for my liking.

We needed to leave early in the a.m. and breakfast was ready by 6:00 a.m. The room was very nice and there was a cider house in the parking lot!

Room amenities were simple and limited: paper and plastic cups, small and coarse towels. a minimal coffee maker. The included breakfast as OK but pretty basic.

The rooms were very spacious, and meticulously clean. The room included a sofa and a small but functional desk. The property is easy to find and in close proximity to several restaurants.

The water in the bathroom has an odor to it. Water pressure was not great. There was no exhaust vent in bathroom so it got very steamy.

The hotel and rooms are very austere. Everything is brown with no decor. It reminded me of a Communist era hotel where I stayed in the former Yugoslavia. The breakfast was terrible. I travel a lot for work and it was the worst breakfast I have had in many years. It might be OK if you like Fruit Loops and white bread and can wait in line to make pancakes. There is no view of the harbor and it is a drive to get to the water.

The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was spotlessly clean. The bed and linens were nice and comfortable.

Traffic from the freeway by 3:45-4:15 woke me up every day… invest in double windows or something… Nice workers!

Mattress very lumpy needs replacement. Inside window big handprints need cleaning.

The ice machine was out of order. Had to go to a different floor.

Mae-Mae was exceptional. Breakfast was good, would like the option of bacon once in a while. We were there for three days. We did notice that all of the employees seemed very happy to be there. That was such a wonderful experience to see.

I was called 1/27 to inform me that they were doing renovations to their rooms, and instead of having a king jacuzzi suite, we would have to change to an extended king suite instead. I said that was fine and left it at that. Then on 2/5 I got another call saying the same thing as 1/27, that I needed to change my room from a jacuzzi suite because of renovations. I said I had already gotten that call and that we were changed to an extended king suite, and they said that it hadn't gotten changed, and all they had left was a double queen room. So I accepted it since we wouldn't have been able to get another hotel 9 days before valentines day and I didn't want to cancel all our plans. I asked what the price difference would be, from the jacuzzi suite to a double queen and she told me there wasn't one, same price. Besides that, the room was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here after we got married back in 2016 and wanted to do something special for Valentine's day.

We were advised that the hotel was undergoing renovation and that the crew would begin work by 8:00am. It created a need to check out earlier than we probably would have otherwise.

The young woman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful in suggesting the best room for us. The breakfast served freshly scrambled eggs, fruit and a good selection of food as well as freshly brewed Starbuck's coffee.

Toilet was clogged. But we were able to use toilet near main lobby.

Loation was convenient to the old Town. Staff were friendly.

Not always someone at the front desk, elevator was dirty, but with remodeling going on can understand some dirt, but for 3 days it was dirty, should have been cleaned each night.

Breakfast was good, the staff person taking care of breakfast was amazing! So sweet, always checking to see if she could help and making sure we were all taken care of. Our room was huge as well as the bathroom. Staff was very friendly. Having airport shuttle for airport pick us up right there was awesome!!
