Some minor details of the room are too cheap. Major things are ok and they make up a good photo. But then the smaller details are very cheap and ruin the experience. Like showerhead, cheap and dirty appliances. (fan). Lack of fridge was a surprise too, had to throw out some food. The all digital checkin was a surprise. What if my phone is dead? There was no one to let me inside.

The concept of all-digital is new and executed ok.

This is an online check-in facility and all interaction is via the app. My friend did not love the lack of security of not having on-site staff but I thought it was fine. We did have to request the access code information for our room a couple times. But to be fair. It was a last minute reservation.

This was a last minute reservation made when we got to town. The location was good and within walking distance of town, restaurants and shops. Easy parking and simple but nice decor.

There was no fridge. The pictures on the booking site were a little misleading. It wasn't clear that my room was going to be just bigger than the bed. Not a deal breaker but I was a little surprised. But the bathroom was superb. I don't know if there was a leak or maybe the carpet had just been shampooed but the carpet was wet wet between the front door and the bathroom door. Also, screens on the windows would be great. The ceilings are too high to get any bugs or creepy crawlies out easily. I had to throw rolled up socks repeatedly at a spider that had moved in. ick

The room was immaculate!! Very clean, updated, bathroom was to die for. Had a light up mirror and everything. Amazing location. Wonderful secure doors, plenty of parking.

A few little quirks...shower door kept opening by itself. Needs to be adjusted. Bathroom faucet is the wrong size, it's too far to the front and splashes out.

1. The Television had no local channels. All there was available were streaming channels 2. The sheets were dirty. They did not appear to have been changed. They were heavily wrinkled and there were stains. We did not learn this until we were going to bed. 3. There was no manager/owner/housekeeper on site. You had to make a call to a given number and we got in late and did not want to call someone at that late hour.

There was no breakfast, nor was one indicated when we booked. Everything was somewhat OK except two items. See comments below as to what we did not like

I wish there was a freezer My only way to cool the room was a window that opened wide directly on to the sidewalk and I did not love that so I cooled it off as much as possible and had to close it before bed

The setup was quite interesting, no staff means cheaper rooms. I liked that the kitchen was communal. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

The room itself was very very small. Only fit the bed in the room, which made it very stuffy because there was no ac, but at least there was a window.

Placement of outlets in room - none reachable near bed head. Very little surface available to put things on. Shelf and outlets above bed were too high to be useable for us.

Loved having access to shared full kitchen 24 hours a day, also comfortable lounge and lobby. Coffee and instant oatmeal were provided. Staff was extremely helpful. Comfortable bed, clean up-to-date bathroom. We hope to stay here again.

If I have a need I have to “call” bcuz I’m a deaf traveler - rely on video interpreter. There was NO arm chair to sit down …

I believe we had what is called a suite,so it had a separate living room with a tv. Unfortunately they took the tv out of the sleeping area. Should really have two tv’s.

There was no AC in the unit and it made it very hard to sleep at night; must've woken up atleast three times due to the heat.

I liked how close it was to everything in the city; walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The bathroom was very nice. The tv being a smart tv was a nice touch as well when we were done for the evening and just wanted to watch our shows

Our room needed better lighting options. The overhead light was very bright. There was a strange circular light that lit up in a range of colors - odd choice for a hotel room. It didn’t provide enough light to be a reading lamp, just “atmosphere”. I would have preferred a more typical reading light so I could turn off the overhead when in bed.

This was our 3rd or maybe 4th time staying here. The location is our favorite part, as we usually don’t need to drive the whole time we stay here. The bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet during our stay. I like the convenience of self check in, and I prefer having a key code rather than having to worry about a key or key card.

The street access doors were not locked during the day. It was uncomfortable to realize a non-resident could walk in. Three men were smoking and talking loudly outside our room (on the west side of the facility) at 2:00 am. I had to ask them to move away.
