Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Our room was nice and comfortable (and big!) We got take out from Breckenridge Brewery downstairs and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I was impressed with the fitness center and early morning coffee shop as well.

I cannot complement and thank the staff enough they were kind and accommodating the entire trip. I ended up hurting my ankle right before we got to the hotel and they assisted us with our luggage and took initiative and just were wonderful throughout the entire stay definitely made for a great trip!

That the breakfast buffet wasn't always every day

When I booked the room, on the description of the room it stated it had a microwave and kitchenette. That was actually false. None of the rooms have this.
Loved the property. Very clean and the staff was awesome.

Air conditioner wasn't functioning properly, but resolved by engineering staff. Electric outlets need work as chargers easily came off the outlet.

It was a bit out-of-the-way for me, and the traffic was pretty awful to get there and I thought it was a bit pricey

The location was a bit off. Quite slow free wifi, always expect the wifi to be free of charge/included, in this hotel you needed to pay for faster wifi.
the breakfast included everything I wanted, and much better than most places in US. Several egg dishes, fresh fruit yogurt and home made granola. My room was large and clean, comfortable beds.

Sheets were a little worn. They used a top sheet for the bottom sheet so it kept pulling up during the night. A/C wasn't great. Had to put it down to 63 to get the room comfortable.

We did not like being charged $15 per night for parking. Ridiculous!
We liked our 5th floor room and enjoyed the comfortable bed and roomy bathroom with the perfect weight towels.

Pool hot tub temperature and hot tub cloudy - Breakfast seems over priced.

The rudeness of the staff and how Hilton treats you with disdain for using booking.com. The room was poorly maintained and we will not stay with Hilton again. I have no idea why they offer rooms on booking.com only to treat those guests so badly.

Restaurant could be somewhat better especially at the pool.the food we orddred was in the garbage the moment we took a bite the food was terrible.the little burgers were so bad the bread was half frozen it was disgusting.

This property had no hot water in the shower. The air vents are hairy in the bathroom and main room. There was no soap or lotion in the refillable dispensers. The front desk staff have a poor attitude about helping the person in front of them and referred me to the app for help. It wasn't helpful.
The first night I was there I ordered room service. The room menu was out dated and many items were not available. Yet, the lady taking the order was super helpful in recommending what was available in the kitchen and was very prompt in delivering the food.
