Our building is from the 60s, so we do not have an elevator, however our front desk staff is happy to help guests carry luggage to their rooms upon request.

While our lobby and common areas are open at 7:30, we have electric kettles and coolers available to borrow for those who need to get an extra early start to the day.

If you could please let us know if there was an issue with the sheets during your stay, we would be happy to make any needed corrections. We do have our sheets laundered by the sole commercial laundry in Jackson Hole, which usually does a very good job with the linens. Thanks for choosing The Hostel for your stay!

Thank you for the feedback. We do have some shampoo that we provide at the front desk. We can also accommodate guests on our top floor where its a bit quieter if they are more sensitive to noise, but our new AC units provide some soft white noise that helps with the creaks of our older building.

Thank you for the feedback, we're glad you enjoyed our game room and our location! We offer hostel-style rooms, that are on the smaller side, but are perfect for people trying spend their day in the national park, skiing, at the many walkable restaurants, or in our game room before heading back to the room to catch some sleep.
