How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The temperature in the pool room could have been lower. It was so hot it made the water feel colder.🥶
It's a beautiful house and close to the parkway yet far enough away so you don't hear all the traffic.

The place was beautiful and clean. It was close to everything, but you still had a gorgeous view.

I think the cleaning staff was not making the owner aware of problems with the property such as replacing the lights in the refrigerator, bathroom doors on the lower level sticking, etc. I did let him know of a few problems.
Location, rooms, etc. A good place for couples and kids.

Would have liked more comfy seating in main area but understand the space is limited.
Feels like a cabin in the mountains but soo close to the parkway too. Very clean & comfortable!

The property was very clean and welcoming. The pool area was very convenient and warm! Bedrooms were perfect for our larger family and the bathroom on each bedroom was great! Kitchen area was extremely nice for cooking meals. Instructions for everything was nice and things were labeled in kitchen. Would stay here again!

Nothing to really complain about! It was great. If I had to say anything maybe the pool could have been alittle warmer.
Wonderful cabin that is close to everything! We had a great thanksgiving weekend. Would highly recommend. Host was very responsive with any questions that we had!

A few things to consider: the toilet handle in the bathroom by the pool would stick, and the toilet would run. The bunk room bathroom sink did not drain. There was mildew under the pool mats, and the room smelled by the end of the week. Maybe advise guests to pull up the mats each night, and provide a squeegee to clean the pool deck. We had a really great time at this house!!!

The cabin was very clean except the floors. When my grandkids ran around inside the floors got their feet black. The downstairs bedroom by the front door the toilet was very loose on the one side.
The grandkids LOVED the pool and hot tub. There was plenty of room for your family. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom.

Beds were too firm but that’s personal preference

It was very clean and we were provided with everything we needed and more the kids loved the pool room and the game room. It was everyone's first cabin stay and we loved it so much it we're making it a family tradition

The staff communicated quickly and and was so helpful with anything we needed. The place was clean and well stocked. The kids loved the pool and adults really enjoyed the hot tub.

I wouldn't change a thing!!! FABULOUS place!
This was the absolute BEST property that we have stayed at in Pigeon Forge yet!! The property owner Ram was very helpful and answered EVERY question that I had and very quick response. The Cabin was absolutely BEAUTIFUL and very spacious (there was 10 of us total). Everyone loved the private pool and the Hot Tub! All the conveniences of home and then some! Everything that you could think of was in this cabin down to the coffee station. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for making out New Years 2024 Family Trip so enjoyable! 10 Stars!!!

Wonderful accommodations and the kitchen was generously stocked with all anyone would need to cook. The pool and games were a hit with the family. The host was friendly and connected with us to let us know he was available to answer any questions.

Perfect location, just around the corner from the pigeon forge strip. We’ve stayed in multiple cabins over the years and never had the host call and just make sure we had everything we needed. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
