United StatesThe Inn was a great place to stay because it’s located directly in town and within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. It’s also right next to the ferry if you want to go to shelter island. The hotel itself was very cute and decorated nicely. The staff is great and very accommodating. They offer free bicycles to rent which is a great plus. I would definitely recommend for a weekend in greenport!

United StatesThe door to our room was a bit difficult to open. I didnt realize I had to rank down on the door handle after I set the key. I thought the key didnt work till I asked another guest and realized I had to really yank down hard to get the door to open.
we had a nice view of the harbor and it was nice being able to sit on the balcony and have some wine and watch the boats go by. As for breakfast, I understand it was a continental breakfast but still the choices were very limited.

United StatesPart of the bathroom was very dusty, I dropped a shirt and it was covered. I also knew we had to pay for parking but after being charged tax on it, it was $94 for 3 days. Felt a little nickel and dimed. Coffee also wasn't replaced quickly in the AM.
Front desk staff was fantastic. Our check in was easy and they were happy to store our bikes. The room was nice and very minimal. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony.

United StatesThere needs to be more lighting in the room. The shower was silly - a hotel shower should be easy for anyone to use, but this one had a hard to turn knob that only partly selected which of the sprays would be active while the others dribbled.
Excellent location with lots to do, see, eat nearby. The beds were comfortable, and the continental breakfast was good. No bagels, but they're just around the corner at Goldbergs.

However the hotel manager reached out to us and apologized and comped us to our satisfaction. It is obvious this location is and will continue to be a very nice place. I will definitely be back.

United StatesThe only thing that we thought was not acceptable was the breakfast provided. There was insufficient seating and the items were stale and lacking in choices. Also, I did not like the coffee. We left and went to a local restaurant for breakfast twice.
We liked our room, the beautiful bathroom and the little balcony. The beds were comfortable and the check-in staff were very friendly and helpful.

United StatesWasn't happy that we confirmed a room with 4 people and the proper number of towels weren't correct. But it was remedied immediately!
My girlfriends and I loved our stay! We fully enjoyed the amenities and loved the continental breakfast. We had an issue with our TV and service came up immediately to help. We also were missing a few towels but that was also fixed right away. The best part of the Inn was THE VIEW!! We were so happy to wake up to the sun rising over the harbor each morning. Such a great experience!
