Everything was great about this property. Amazing at the front desk restaurants downtown our room was cozy. Our bed was comfortable. Their pool area was 24 hours and we arrive late so that was very fun. We will definitely come here again.

Room super comfy No tub yet otherwise very nice bath Ceiling was a tad low at points (my husband 6’4”) almost hit his head on light fixtures Club floor amenities were nice - yet apps seemed sub par - albeit there are great restaurants so not an issue. Breakfast was great

Breakfast was so loud, I didn't enjoy it. The food was great. The acoustics were terrible and kitchen timers and alarms were annoying. I will not eat breakfast there the next time I stay there.

The restaurants were closed and only available for breakfast as seasonal operation hours or lack of business. The town was empty. Except for one small bar with great music that looked like Noone could move in. The music was so good we sat outside in the rain and enjoyed it. They were playing in a 100-seat table bar with 200 people in it. Jam packed!! ; as the rest of the city sat empty after 10 minutes because of the rain, we let our shoulders down, and we went back to the hotel and did the 24/7 pool. That was awesome. With a hot tub. I'm not even complaining. It was super nice!! The only issue is not even with the hotel. But late night dining for the season and time were minimal. And what was offered at the restaurant that had immediate seating for 830pm. Was lacking at best. But it was past dinner rush. So there's that. We decided on appetizers and a quick drink. Awesome pizza place across the street, though if you aren't pizza'd out with that as the only option around anymore. As all other restaurants carry the same menu. Burger fries or some deep fried fish dinner with a spin as a rueban sandwich as a highlight, for example. Can't mainstreet restaurants come up with food that doesn't symbolize the Uber patriot struggling housewife that needs to sell a ton of pallet made painted flags because that's all they know. My gawd how gaudy as soon as you exit town though.

A gorgeous hotel that is conveniently around everything downtown Midland. The scent of a warm greeting arrives as soon as you walk through the carousel door. Check-in is expedited with the option of valet parking as well. Cookies and apples are served before entering the elevator as a quicker ride takes you to your floor signage makes it easy to find your room immediately. A couch high tech Mirror TV and the glass shower caught our eyes. The automatic shades with operation on wall mount are located on the side of the bed. 5th floor room 520 allowed a view of the courtyard and middle of the hotel with restaurants and Midland all in view. The "Tridge" is the backyard of the hotel. While it was raining during our trip in late winter early spring we were unable to do the walk. We would like to visit again and experience some of the bridge on bikes and ride some of the trails they have to offer. There are 4 restaurants and bars in the building. Top shelf and gorgeous. It's a great meeting place for those that would like an upscale atmosphere.

The pool area (especially the shower) could have been cleaner and the water in the hot tub was almost to a boiling point.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the lobby was clean and welcoming, the double room was small but comfortable. We were able to book a few rounds of curling, a complimentary offer for hotel guests (with a nice addition of smores by the outdoor fireplace!!) Food at Cafe Zinc was outstanding!

I didn't like it was not a microwave or a kitchenette in the hotel to warm up food.

I loved the shower and the bed, the automatic shade was a cool feature, pool and gym was open 24 hours and adult only after 11pm. I loved they had robes and slippers as well and several restaurants to chose from in the area within walking distance.

The parking was a bit of a challenge with so many visitors using valet.

The front desk personnel were always friendly and helpful. Very good personalities too. It would have been nice if I was told to make reservations for breakfast if I so choose, since it was difficult to get a table on Saturday morning
