The rooms needed more storage. The air conditioning was difficult to adjust. The breakfast was extraordinarily limited. It was fine, but I expected better.

Overall, I scored it an 8 because I was able to get a good rate; but if I had to pay more, then I would've scored it a 7 or maybe 6 because the room was very small, and the small table and chair were in a corner and weren't terribly comfortable. It also wasn't sound-proof, but I was lucky that I didn't have noisy neighbors. There was no coffee machine in the room, although there was an option of calling them to bring one. The coffee they provided in the lobby/restaurant wasn't great even though it was advertised as "Intelligentsia". On the other hand, the coffee that cost extra was great! Although the breakfast was ok; please be advised not to be in a hurry because it will take a long time for the staff to get to you. First day, I made the mistake of coming down at 9 am, and it took me an hour to finish breakfast - of which it only took me 10 minutes to eat. There is also no ramp up the stairs going into the main lobby. Either you carry your bag, or one of their staff will do it for you ( in which case, I was compelled to tip).

The location and the history of the building are its main selling points for me. I like that they had an enclosed outdoor area with trees. The soap, shampoo, and body lotion were great! The breakfast that came with the cost of the room was also great. Overall, staff were attentive and friendly.

The room i originally reserved at the last minute was great, just a little small for my taste. I had trouble with the air condition unit turning on so the staff promptly came to resolve the problem by checking the unit and immediately switching my room to an upgraded room at 2am in the morning, 5 stars for the staff that night.

The hotel is located a few blocks from the Santa Fe train station and the waterfront, so was easy to get around. The breakfast and dinner were also good, and the room was really nice.

My account was deducted twice on pre authorization on two different cards (both from my Revolut account) One of the payment has been settled after I checked out. But the other one is still on hold till now, and I have to wait till late May if the hotel doesn’t release the fund earlier. I tried to contact them on booking but no response. Complimentary breakfast was very small and simple.

Very nice hotel in good location. Room was stylish and comfortable - the shower door leaked water into the bathroom area which then became very slippery - local car park just behind hotel was convenient. Complimentary continental breakfast was fairly decent. No coffee machine / fridge in room.

The blinds are NOT black out! It says they are on line. ( They should be, as it was very bright in the room even when the blinds were down ) 😔 No swimming pool. ( But they are building one )
