I would not recommend the Lakeside cottage. I booked it thinking it was exclusive, but it was not. It overlooked the Marina, not the lake. The Hillside rooms are much better.

Restaurant was wonderful for breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner. The setting was incredibly scenic.

The location is outstanding! A bit tricky if the snow and ice are on the roads but it is a beautiful place. The restaurant is charming with excellent food. Room service is always an option, too.

It is very remote. There are not alot of close by drinking and dining options, so you pretty much have to spend all your money on the property. The pillows on the bed were very odd and not very comfortable. The shower pressure was not great. We have stayed at comparable inns that are a better value. Not having breakfast included is a huge downside. There are no personal little touches that are complimentary. You can have personal touches for a price. The property is more like a hotel than an inn, and we were expecting an inn.

The surroundings are beautiful. It truly is a place to find serenity. The front desk staff are all friendly and accommodating. The main house is gorgeous. We stayed in one of the suites and it was very spacious, relaxing, and clean. The restaurant is fantastic. The staff are so friendly and the food is delicious. We added the Christmas tree for $100 and it was definitely worth it.

The paddle boards are only for rent until 4 pm, since the weather was gorgeous we would have loved to rent them later and still go out on the lake.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Greystone inn. The location is stunningly beautiful, the inn itself is beautiful, the restaurant is great and the view from the seats outside is really amazing. The staff was very helpful when I had left my sunglasses behind. All in all an A+ and we will definitely come back.

Everything was outstanding! Can’t wait to return.

Tabatha was charming, helpful and pleasant regarding our Breakfast and lunch service. Cheyenne was the best during our evening Lakeside meals. Really liked the menu changes on Wednesday. Will be back soon.r Really enjoyed the boat tour too.

The only issue was it rained during our entire visit so we could not enjoy all of the activities on the premises. We will be back!

Breakfast was outstanding, every person was so gracious and made us feel so comfortable. We will return, it was a wonderful experience. EVERY MEMBER OF THE STAFF WAS ALWAYS HELPFUL AND VERY COURTEOUS.

Short staffed; phone calls to restaurant aren’t returned and front desk always busy. Missed room cleaning. Poor WiFi. No outlets in room for charging devices.

The facilities in the room, when we got there, did not work. Fireplace, coffee maker, TV, and broken toilet seat. PLEASE add a microwave. Did the staff do their best to correct the problems ? YES, they did, and were quite cheery about it !! The staff was FAB !! And the coffee in the bar was excellent !! The cost of the food, I thought was too high. What we had for Thanksgiving was yummy, but it wasn’t what I wanted for Thanksgiving. I like the traditional Thanksgiving buffet with the trimmings. Pumpkin Pie is a requirement for Thanksgiving, and there was none there. The quality of the food was FAB, the service excellent, but where was that oyster dressing ?

I liked the quality of the food. He is an excellent chef and a FAB personality !! The value of what I got for breakfast was poor. I liked Cracker Barrel better. They have more food, like toast ( at least two pieces, or more biscuits and cornbread, without a charge) The way the food was prepared and my seating location by the window viewing the water, were great !! The service was the BEST ever !! The cost for what I was served, was too high. My suggestion is, if you want to provide an out of this world experience, serve Brennen’s Breakfast like in New Orleans !! Now that would be a write home about it experience, in the mountains.

the room was extremely small - we had the queen size bedroom (Silversteen) the bed had multiple layers of bedding and the bottom sheet would not stay in place. The bathroom was very small.
