The bathroom was small and the toilet seat was broken, customer service was a bit lacking but they were very polite.

Nothing, it's an old style Inn, not all the modern conveniences, like elevators, but doesn't ever disappoint.

The Globe is comfortable, affordable and truly a family like atmosphere. Cooked to order breakfast is great.

The water pressure in the shower head was very low. It needs to be fixed. It will be great if they can provide bottled water in the room.

The dining room staff were very friendly. Our superior suite that we had booked had all the facilities, as mentioned on the booking.com website. Very well maintained. The location was excellent as it was just a 20 minute drive to Camp Green Lane where a spiritual retreat is conducted annually.

Stairs are very narrow and you need to climb if you are on high floor with your luggage.

I can't really think of anything I didn't like about the place or the area it is located in.

I love history and the rooms were all decorated of different place around the world. The building itself is very old and has a history of its own. You can also reserve their dining room for special occasions for a wedding reception or some other party you would like to have.

The room was very comfortable with a nice working fireplace and nice sized hot tub. The breakfast was delicious, we had our choice and it was served to us.

The bed was a bit hard but just was an adjustment to get used to, however the mattress was so high up off the floor that it was a bit difficult to get into and out of the bed. There was really nothing else that we did not like.

Beautiful furniture. Lovely older antique and historical. A nice made to order breakfast from a menu, with coffee and juice and fruit. The staff were friendly, and caring, and treat you like family. The room was spacious and had a wonderful cozy warm fireplace. The whirlpool tub was comfortable and refreshing. The desk was a nice feature as well as the large closet with the dishes and cups and microwave and fridge. The dining area was beautiful. The breakfast had eggs or French toast etc, and had fruit each day -nice coffee and juice bar and was great. The entrance was very nice with a separate outside door we had a key for. Everything was so nice. We loved the outside porch with wicker furniture. We had a first floor room. They accommodated our needs as husband was just in hospital and stairs would have been too difficult. We had first floor, the room was decorated amazing - so quaint and comfortable . The owner was always kind and accommodating. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood. Our son and family live a flew blocks away. We had a nice stay and would stay again for sure. It was quiet and peaceful, didn’t hear the train that was nearby. Guests were quiet. I took some lovely pictures but I had difficulty downloading them so can’t share.

I only regret I didn't get to enjoy their nice breakfast, but I don't remember if I was told the breakfast hours or not.

I wish I could have had their breakfast, but it only ran from 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM, but unfortunately I didn't get downstairs in time for the breakfast. It wasn't too bad getting to the place, but I went by one road because the street sign was blocked the stop sign. When I was told I passed the street by some locals, I turned around heading in the opposite direction where I could now see the street sign.
