Beds were uncomfortable, walls thin and easy to hear neighbors conversion. The AC was extremely loud and did not automatically shut off. The AC fan smelled like mildew.

The location and setting were hard to beat.

The room and comforter had a heavy dose of air freshener, which was kind of overwhelming. It made the room not feel as clean as would be expected.

Great staff - Hotel reception and restaurant crew were friendly and helpful. Great location - right at the NP entrance and over a very scenic river. Great restaurant - wide selection of interesting meal options, friendly staff, and the food was well prepared with healthy portions. The room was very basic - the bed was comfy and the shower was hot and had good pressure.

The property could use some updating but inside the room was nice. The food was just ok. Don’t order the Tomahawk steak! Undercooked the first time served, sent it back. Came back still not cooked and we eat rare steak all the time. You cannot serve steak that rare!

    Loved the location!

You live there in the parking lot of a restaurant. Really low quality hotel. Try to avoid if you can

Interior can be better but it is sufficient for one night stay near Sequoia National Park

The room can be better as it has stale air in the room once we've stepped into the room. In addition, the ceiling fan was placed at the center of room. My fingers almost got chopped off when I was just raising my hand to wear a shirt. The air-conditioning was also making loud vibration sound, making it difficult to sleep.

Location is strategic as it is located near the entrance of Sequioa National Park, which is good to stay the night after a windy road drive up. Will also be a good place if you would like to see sunrise at the peak of the national park.

Facilities in the cabin can be maintained better. For example, door knob on the bedroom doors are not secured with screws. They came right off when we try to open the door from inside. The remote controls for the AC units are not working, we had to operate them manually.

The cabin is right by the water with a large outdoor deck, directly outside of the national park.

Rooms a little tired and could do with a little TLC. Vending machine on porch right outside our room was a bit off-putting

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfortable and could park car right outsie room. Restaurant looked over the river with a gorgous view - big boulders and roaring river

Room was very small for 4 people (beds very close together), very few outlets for charging devices, beds were not the comfiest, towels were not the thickest.

Convenient location at entrance to park, lovely comfy chairs outside the room on the porch, toiletries provided were nice, electric fireplace provided good heating that was easily adjustable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Convenient parking outside the room. Restaurant on site (big portions, expensive but guests receive a 10% discount).

Parking is an issue as there is not a lot of room to park, and when the restaurant is busy it is more difficult as people park in the lot that the lodge guests should be able to use.

Room was very clean. Restaurant has a great view, the food was top notch, service was great and everyone was friendly!
