Way to few elevators & false advertising with regards to free luggage storage that turned up to cost is $30

The room was warm, our one AC didnt work and the other barely put out cool air. Maintenance came and got the one to work better and it cooled the room down significantly. Unfortunately, we were out when maintenance had to work on our room and they didnt close our door all the way so we came back to an open room. Nothing was missing and staff was apologetic.

The location was perfect for our evening plans and the size of the room was exactly what we needed. Staff was very friendly and we needed maintenance at one point and he was very friendly.

Since I changed to this Hotel from the Paramount hotel and I just hoped to be ablt to early check in but they were not flexible in this regards Ice machines weren't always available Internet in rooms was not available

The building is being renovated and while the bathroom is very modern it sticks out given the decor of the rest of the room. There was a window AC unit as the large floor type is being updated; and while the window unit did a wonderful job of keeping the room comfortable it did break up the view from the window and allowed more of the outside noise into the room. The elevators are slow; we were on the 4th floor and we used the stairs more than the elevators.

The location was perfect for our plans; it was a short walk to the theatres and there was plenty of restaurants and souvenir stores all around us. If your plans include seeing a Broadway Show this location will work well. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were thick and soft-perfect after a long day of seeing the sights.

The lifts didnt work on checkout day as mentioned in most reviews with long waiting times. They wanted to charge $50 to check in an hour earlier.

The location is really really convenient. Building needs attention but rooms were clean.

Nothing fancy. Just a below average hotel with great location and a lot of noise around. Great bed and great pillows. If your trip is running on a budget, this is a good deal and highly recommended.

Whilst the bed was spotless, other elements of the room were not on arrival, there was still trash in the bin and stains in the bathroom sink. High fee for early check in Only 1 lift worked during my stay which resulted in very long delays

Two things stand out the place. Had vermin and the maids came in when I was out even with the sign on door not to disturb. They went thru everything.

U had to wait for the lift for ages. So annoying 20 min waits each time we wanted to go back to room to wait for the lift for ages. So annoying 20 min waits each time we went back to our room. Also, our cards for the doors were continously not working and had to keep going back and forth to reception. Using the lift the whole time waiting for ages. Very frustrating. When we arrived at the hotel at 1:30 pm. Our room was ready. I emailed them to say we would arrive between 1 and 2pm. They said if the room was ready they would accommodate us. The room was ready, but in order for us to go i, we were charged 60 dollars for an early check-in in fee even though the room was ready. Very disappointing. By the time we got to our room it was 2 o clock the and official check-in in time was 3. The bathroom and bedroom wasn’t clean, there was hair on the floor and the bathroom is very small, also the door doesn’t close properly
