Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesThe room was warm, our one AC didnt work and the other barely put out cool air. Maintenance came and got the one to work better and it cooled the room down significantly. Unfortunately, we were out when maintenance had to work on our room and they didnt close our door all the way so we came back to an open room. Nothing was missing and staff was apologetic.
The location was perfect for our evening plans and the size of the room was exactly what we needed. Staff was very friendly and we needed maintenance at one point and he was very friendly.

United StatesThe building is being renovated and while the bathroom is very modern it sticks out given the decor of the rest of the room. There was a window AC unit as the large floor type is being updated; and while the window unit did a wonderful job of keeping the room comfortable it did break up the view from the window and allowed more of the outside noise into the room. The elevators are slow; we were on the 4th floor and we used the stairs more than the elevators.
The location was perfect for our plans; it was a short walk to the theatres and there was plenty of restaurants and souvenir stores all around us. If your plans include seeing a Broadway Show this location will work well. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were thick and soft-perfect after a long day of seeing the sights.

Also, our cards for the doors were continously not working and had to keep going back and forth to reception. Using the lift the whole time waiting for ages. Very frustrating. When we arrived at the hotel at 1:30 pm. Our room was ready. I emailed them to say we would arrive between 1 and 2pm. They said if the room was ready they would accommodate us. The room was ready, but in order for us to go i, we were charged 60 dollars for an early check-in in fee even though the room was ready. Very disappointing. By the time we got to our room it was 2 o clock the and official check-in in time was 3.
