Thank you for the feedback. The hotel is actually in the process of replacing our entire HVAC system with a state of the art-super quiet system. This is anticipated to be complete by early 2026. This is anticipated to be complete by early 2026. One third of the hotel rooms have already been completed. I regret this rose to the point of disappointment but am glad that, overall, this guest enjoyed their stay in Boston and the Eliot!

I wish to thank this guest for taking the time to review their stay and for the kind compliments about our location, staff and rooms. Based on a number of criteria, Boston has, unfortunately, become the most expensive hotel city in the US, so it is understandable that this can be an issue for guests. The Eliot is, however, primarily a suite hotel, so in comparison to similar rates with our competitors, our hotel guests benefit from the comfort and spaciousness of an entire suite compared to a standard hotel room. This is often a value many of our returning guests appreciate. I hope this guest enjoyed their stay in Boston and at the Eliot hotel.

I wish to thank this guest for taking the time to review his stay but regret that it did not meet his expectations. All of the hotel's rooms underwent a major renovation during the past year with new furniture, fabrics, carpeting and decor. This guest's experience is so antithetical to that of almost all of our guests that it leaves us disappointed. The room was inspected and deficits enumerated could not be identified. It is understandable. however, that subjective experiences can certainly vary. I hope, overall, that this guest was able to enjoy his time in Boston.

I wish to thank this guest for taking the time to review his stay and for the high rating. The hotel does have a highly acclaimed craft bar in our award-wining Asian gastropub Uni! I regret that there was some complication with the check-out process. I wish to reassure prospective guests that all front desk staff are properly trained to assist guests in any situation and work collaboratively with management staff who are always available to assist with more complex issues. I'm delighted this guest, overall, enjoyed his stay!
