We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesI didn’t like that there wasn’t a single bottle of water in the room. The refrigerator had nothing in it! It would have been nice to have been able to have a cold drink, non alcoholic or alcoholic. Also no coffee machine in the lobby! I found that surprising that you couldn’t even get a cup of coffee. I was told that Starbucks was around the corner. I still think that having free coffee is a nice gesture.
Nice size, clean comfortable room. The bed was great as well as pillows.

United StatesOur only complaint is that the free wifi wasn't free (you have to join Marriott's club to get free access, and joining the club means marketing emails and more), and when we tried to pay for wifi the network was down. However, when I mentioned the problem to the front desk, they quickly and courteously reversed the wifi charge without questions. We used our phone hotspots for internet access during our stay.
The reception was courteous and efficient, and gave us a very quiet room as we requested. The room and the public areas were clean, comfortable, and functional. The location downtown is very good, yet easy to access from the interstate. Both the dinner and the breakfast at the hotel were tasty and well-priced, and the service was friendly and attentive; both were very nice experiences.

United StatesI'm a beer person and one of the reasons I picked this hotel was to check out the Miller Time Pub in the hotel. It was a bit disappointing. Was just a regular restaurant - no special Miller beers or beer-influenced food.
Location was very close to our destination downtown. Hotel is a little worn, but well cared for. Employees were very helpful. We had a minor issue with our room and they immediately remedied the situation (and gave us an upgrade for the minor trouble). Room was comfortable and clean.

Stopped over for one night during a road trip. Very comfortable room. Used valet parking, was quick and easy. Loved that there was courtesy hotel transport into town / restaurants to drop off and pick up. Staff in the bar restaurant were great and gave us lots of tips for our trip. We never ate in the hotel as we wanted to get out to see the town but menu looked good and would recommend.

United StatesThe staff was really annoying. I tried to get a wine bottle opener and it was like pulling teeth. I kind of feel like this hotel feels like they are WAY more posh than they actually are... That being said, the cleaning staff was AWESOME! Really enjoyed my interactions with those people, as opposed to my interactions with the front desk, which were pretty subpar.
This is a great clean hotel in the middle of Lincoln! I was really shocked how much I loved my visit to Lincoln, and frankly this hotel is in the middle of everything I loved!
