United StatesMaintaining a clean breakfast area is essential for a pleasant experience for everyone. It is important that the kitchen counters, tables, and floors are cleaned regularly. Also, ensuring that appliances, such as waffle makers, are in good working order is crucial. These measures will help guarantee a more satisfying start to the day for all. Too many unsupervised small children (5-8 years old) playing and using the breakfast equipment. Their safety and well-being are of utmost importance, especially when they are unsupervised. Perhaps there could be some strategies implemented to ensure unsupervised children are not allowed in the breakfast area. PARENTS must be accountable. Front desk lady refused to send maintenance employee to clean a dangerous big spill of cereal on counters and floors because " there are too many children and it's only 10 minutes left for breakfast". We couldn't have our breakfast due to the unsanitary conditions. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding about the severity of the spill. It's possible that she was unaware of the potential danger it posed.
Location was great. Close to everything we wanted to visit.

United StatesIt’s run down- it looks like they’ve made some upgrades, but there are still issues. The whole 3rd floor hallway was so hot and muggy. Thankfully our room had AC. Our towels had stains on them, our pillows looked used. I was afraid of having bedbugs, but they took precautions to prevent them.
Nothing to be honest. Our room had AC and they had free breakfast.

My husband and I regret that we booked this hotel.. due to poor service like after 3 days they do housekeeping we stayed there for 5 days and the breakfast was not good the water in the shower was coming out .. it was just annoying we paid 422.84 for 5 days and it was a complete waste

United StatesRooms are outdated. Towels and hand towels had stains on them from prior past guests. So even though they do wash them, they just reuse them instead of buying new. They didn’t clean the bathroom floor under the vanity well. Found toenail clippings. The chair in the room had stains all over it. First and second night I was there, I couldn’t sleep much because of chemical adhesives being used. They were currently renovating some areas of the hotel on my stay. I never made it down for breakfast but my boyfriend went down and brought back some breakfast. He said they didn’t have much. Some pastries which he said the danishes looked dry. They had a waffle station. No eggs or bacon. Boyfriend got some orange juice and said it was terrible. All he brought back to the room was toast and two mini cinnamon rolls. They weren’t too bad. Housekeeping came on the third day, but if we didn’t want to be disturbed we could leave our trash and towels outside the door and they would replace with new. Yeah they didn’t leave us trash liners or bring us new towels. We had to go the front desk and ask. I actually had to buy a small box of trash bags so we could put our trash in there. Location was absolutely great. Was across from a Wawa and not far from many other places and stores. I can say I will not be returning to this hotel again. I mean if you’re on a tight budget and have no other options, this is your place to stay. Sorry to say but so true.

United StatesAll rooms were nonsmoking mine clearly smelled of cigarette. Considering the fees charge if someone smokes the room shouldn’t still smell. There was ashes on the border of the jacuzzi. The towels and curtains and comforter all smelled. The fridge was rusted out and barely cold. The tv wasn’t connected properly. The breakfast options were more limited than usual there was construction inside the building that caused a cloud of powder so it definitely wasn’t being ventilated. Sucked walking kids through that

Desk staff was friendly, variety of options for continental breakfast, kids enjoyed the pool. Some updated items like smart tv’s and laminate floors in common spaces.
