The animal smell in the lobby and low water pressure in the shower

There were multiple issues with my booking/ reservation and with my check out. Upon arrival, your night desk staff (young lady) was very weird. Non-verbal at first, not really helpful with my reservation. She got talkative later when I returned to the lobby; but was simply not hospitable when I arrived. Very weird vibe. I made a three-day reservation and pre-paid thru Booking.com. Your staff called me on second day (afternoon) to ask if I had "left my clothes in my room". Yes, I am staying with you. No sir, we show you checked out yesterday. How can that be? I stayed with you last night. Well, we show you had a one day stay and requested to check out. We issued a refund to eliminate your second and third night. I returned to the hotel. Had to assure the manager that I had indeed stayed the second night and planned to stay the third night (as per my original reservation). I ended up leaving and checking into another hotel for the third night. This was super strange. Are your employees working to sabotage your operation??? Pretty sure you have an issue at your front desk. the rest of the staff was terrific. Cleaning ladies were all smiles.

Hotel is a nice size and was new/clean. Created good value.

Breakfast was slim pickings. Muffin cereal bagel the first day an and even less the next morning. At least coffee was available. Lights by the between the beds didn’t work and no charging ports by the bed for phones.

Room was clean and a nice size . Beds were comfortable.

Staff couldn’t figure out booking or payments. States they have breakfast. They don’t have breakfast, they have bread. Asked the staff to replace orange juice because it was water- he didn’t.

the pool area was discussing, the hot tub switch was missing to turn it on the general area the hotel was was run down . breakfast was a joke no bowls for cereal, was told to use a cup! no eggs.

Killed two german roaches in room 221. Mini fridge kept freezing all my food/drinks

Hallway carpet dirty, hallway walls dirty. Tv was on in room upon arrival but no tv remote in room. Hot breakfast was very disappointing …hot food (eggs & sausage) appeared disgusting, poor quality (stale cereals), breakfast machine (juice, pancake not operating properly), etc.,.

The price was overpriced for a run-down hotel. The bathroom door dragged against the floor. You had to pick it up in order to close. The refrigerator didn't work. I did see a roach on the nightstand. I might well have stayed at Motel 6 and save some money.
