Cómo funcionan los comentarios de los clientes
Cada puntuación de los comentarios está comprendida entre 1 y 10. Puedes dejar un comentario sobre un Alojamiento que hayas reservado a través de nuestra Plataforma si te has alojado allí o si llegaste al alojamiento pero no te quedaste. Si quieres modificar un comentario que ya enviaste, ponte en contacto con nuestro equipo de Atención al cliente.
Contamos con personas y sistemas que están especializados en detectar comentarios falsos enviados a través de nuestra Plataforma. Si encontramos alguno, lo borramos y, si es necesario, tomamos las acciones necesarias contra la persona responsable.
Si alguna persona ve algo sospechoso, puede comunicárselo en todo momento al equipo de Atención al cliente para que nuestro equipo de Fraude pueda investigarlo.
Idealmente, publicamos todos los comentarios que recibimos, ya sean negativos o positivos. No obstante, no publicamos aquellos comentarios que contienen o hacen referencia, entre otras cosas, a:
- temas políticos delicados;
- contenido promocional;
- actividades ilegales;
- información personal o sensible (por ejemplo, e-mails, números de teléfono o información de tarjetas de crédito);
- lenguaje ofensivo, sexual, discriminatorio, amenazante, que incite al odio o de contenido violento;
- spam y contenido falso;

Para garantizar que los comentarios son relevantes, solo aceptamos los que se envían en los tres meses siguientes al check-out, y solemos dejar de mostrarlos si tienen más de 36 meses o si el Alojamiento cambia de propietario.
El Alojamiento puede decidir si responder o no a los comentarios.

Estuvimos un dia y medio sin agua caliente, el colchon de la cama estaba muy viejo y blando, lo que hacia que te hundas mucho y me provocaba dolor de espalda. El wifi algunos dias se desconectaba continuamente. La actitud de la mayoria del personal era poco proactiva a resolver inquietudes y muy poco simpatica.

Si bien ofrecían agua gratis, había que solicitarla en la recepción cada vez que se necesitaban. Sería un gran detalle para este tipo de hoteles que el agua se dejara diariamente en la habitación en vez de ir a pedirlo abajo.

Comentario auténticoUna experiencia excelente!! Para empezar, es destacable la amabilidad y disposición de todo el personal. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, a pocos pasos de Times Square, Bryant Park, Central Park ... pero en una calle muy tranquila. La habitación del piso 30 tenía unas vistas insuperables!!
Si bien ya sabía perfectamente que no hay limpieza de habitación todos los días, creo deberían establecer un ratio de días de limpieza según noches de alojamiento, pues en una estancia de 8 noches nos tocó apenas una vez. Igualmente ya lo sabíamos, y nunca nos faltó nada (principalmente agua y café en la habitación).

Comentario auténticoHabitación muy amplia y cómoda. Muy luminosa con una gran cristalera a la calle. El personal del hotel super amable y dispuesto. La localización inmejorable.
Pese a que el hotel estaba muy limpio, en una estancia de siete noches solo limpiaron una vez la habitación. Si lo solicitas en recepción, vacían las papeleras y reponen el agua, café y cambian las toallas, pero previa solicitud cada vez que quieras que lo hagan. No es acorde la calidad del hotel con el servicio de limpieza, en mi opinión deberían al menos vaciar las papeleras de la habitación y reponer los artículos necesarios todos los días, así como limpiar la habitación cada dos o tres días como mínimo.
