Still might implement the restroom area and a common area for fresh bottled water, but overall it was a fantastic experience!

The stargazing experience here is awesome! And the tents are super spacious and comfortable 🤩🌌

There were no bath towels, the bathroom was very very far from some of the yurts. No one was there for check in when we arrived.

It’s a very different experience with good location. The yurts got very cool at night.

A bit of a walk to use the bathroom and shower but it’s Joshua tree so I guess it’s part of the experience.

Great location and beautiful afternoons (the AC in then container was a huge plus). The lights in the gardens at night are amazing. Truly spectacular views.

For all the yurts and different sleeping quarters there seemed to be only one men’s and women’s bathroom. I didn’t have a problem but if the place was full it might be an issue. Also only one outdoor shower. A suggestion is to have a shower and bathroom on the other side of property as well. No chair in yurt though there was a futon folded cushioned place to sit. Also a real hot tub would be nice. :)

The yurts were all spread out so you are not on top of each other. Each had its own fire pit, and matted front area with chairs. Beds were pretty comfortable and definitely had enough blankets. There was low level lighting all over the property so didn’t need a flashlight at night to walk around or go to the bathroom. The pool area was cute though I thought it was going to be a hot tub. Seemed like it was all maintained well and security good. The owner rode around on electric bike and was helpful. The bathrooms clean.

There are no extras included in the price. You get the yurt and the toilet facilities. Heating is extra (we didn’t pay, we just wrapped up warm for the night). There’s a fire pit but they don’t provide logs. We bought some from the 7/11 on the way. A lighter was provided but it didn’t work. Thankfully we had also bought one from the shop beforehand.

Easy to find and plenty of parking. Staff were helpful and friendly. Amazing location. Really comfy bed. Good communication from the hotel. When we arrived, the lamp in our yurt didn’t work so I called the contact number provided and someone came in a few minutes with a new one and they then helped us light our fire.

The bathroom was on the complete far side of the facility, no staff around to ask questions directly to, paid a lot of money and then you have to pay extra for the sauna and to watch the movies, the pool is a cow trough, no access to electricity or microwave so make sure you have all the camping gear you need. The shower is outside but no one even tells you that. My reservation said it included use of sauna but there was a reserved sign in it the whole time and no instructions for use

My only complaint (however slight), is the bed could be more comfortable. It's a little couch that folds out into a bed. I feel the couch is totally unnecessary and would love to see just a really comfy bed where that is. Despite how hard the "mattress" was, we still slept really well. It's so quiet and dark out there. SO nice for a good night's sleep.

we stayed in the shipping container house with the rooftop deck. It was so stylish and cute, with everything you need! We loved the rooftop for sunbathing and stargazing. We were really pleased with everything!

It would be handy to have a site map in the tents so you know where the facilities are. Also, it wouldn't hurt to have an area guests could make coffee in the morning to enjoy the ambience of the property. At the price I would think they could throw in the firewood for the pits

The quiet uniqueness of the property was it's drawcard. Everything was very clean and tidy.

My husband, 2 kids and myself stayed at a yurt which was good and the extra beds they brought for my sons were comfortable, bedding was good to keep ourselves warm but we did pay for the heater anyways. What was super inconvenient is how far the restrooms were from our yurt, it would be great another set of restrooms on the other side. Also getting all our stuff out of the car into our accommodation (container and yurt) took several trips back and forth, parking is far. If you only have a bag, is ok, but if you come with intentions of having a bbq there and with kids, you do carry way more stuff. My kids wanted milk and we forgot it but we sent a message to order from their room service and requested “milk and cookies” which was in their menu, well, that never came but we never got a reply in the online chat. The different types of accommodation have fire pits in front, however not all of them are the same. We cooked our food there and thankfully brought a small grill, because our fire pit had no proper grill to cook food, but I did see some that were higher and made of brick (not just rocks in a circle) and had a big round grill. More information is needed to know what to expect and be prepared for it. Info in booking.com never mentions that the container has heater and electricity, we would have chosen that one from the start. I don’t know why the yurts are more expensive if container is more equipped and the projector and terrace lights, beautiful!

What we actually enjoyed the most was the container room, we wanted two yurts but there was only one available and had to book the container (one bedroom villa) which ended up being way better than the yurt! We loved the projector and the fact that is actually cheaper than the yurt, has a heater included, a sink and close to the restrooms, was great! We gave that one to my parents and they enjoyed their stay. WiFi was good. When we arrived, Desre came straight away to talk to us and quickly asked for our rooms and got them ready (we booked last minute because initial booking got canceled by booking.com). She offered to prepare the kids’ beds too, which was very helpful and they looked nice in the yurts. Everything is very clean and we loved the look of the place, very well looked after. And don’t miss looking at the sky later in the night!!! Stunning and full of stars!

This resort was the perfect spot for some peaceful “me time.” During my visit, I seemed to be the only guest, which made the experience even more serene. The tent I stayed in was clean and looked stunning when illuminated at night. The starry night sky was absolutely breathtaking. However, there are a couple of things to note. Winter nights can get very cold, and while the resort offers a $30 heating service, I didn’t opt for it as an experienced camper. If you’re visiting in winter, I recommend bringing a sleeping bag or wearing plenty of layers. Additionally, the tent is located near a local road and doesn’t have any noise barriers, so passing cars can be quite loud, especially in the early morning. Consider bringing earplugs or noise-canceling headphones to minimize disruptions. Despite these minor issues, my stay was truly enjoyable and memorable.
