    I really liked the location of this hotel. It is close to everything so we didn’t need to take the car anywhere. It was also very modern, quiet and clean. Because I booked through booking.com they weren’t able to honor my bed request, but it wasn’t a big deal. Staff was friendly also.

    It would be great if parking in the adjacent lot were validated to be free, at least for the first 2 days, as a courtesy to guests, but at a 50% rate from what it normally is, it wasn’t too terrible. The only other minor thing I noticed was that the window in the room was very dirty on the outside. I think this hotel could benefit from having all the windows washed every couple of years. It would definitely improve the view! But it would certainly not prevent me from staying there in the future.

    I liked the location to the falls.

    The night staff was rude, my room was not serviced twice. Every night we had to request towels and wait 10-15 minutes. The shower curtain was gross and moldy.

    To be honest, I didn't expect much but for that price 3 night 1600$ for 2 rooms ,its not about the price its all about the service, and nothing included no parking no break fast no room service.no wifi. Not even phone line in the room.the fist night the bad was dirty I don't know for how long some one used it and the house keeping didn't change it it was smalling bad. Any way its was a bad experience on the hotel part. But the rest of the trip was beautiful is can get every year we do this trip in August, will never stay at this hotel again

    It's not 1 thing to explain. Overall its didn't felt like hotel

    “The beds were very comfortable. I had a great rest and slept very well.”

    The staff were not very helpful when we asked questions. Since our English is limited, we needed more clear explanations, especially about hotel parking payment. Unfortunately, we did not feel much support.”The room was clean, neat, and pleasant, and the beds were very comfortable. However, during the night the fire alarm went off around 3 AM, and all guests had to wake up in panic, quickly get dressed, and run into the hallway. Fortunately, it turned out to be a false alarm, but it completely disturbed our sleep — after such a stressful moment it was hard to calm down, and we could only fall back asleep closer to the morning. Many guests were upset because everyone had to go through this in the middle of the night. What was disappointing is that the staff did not provide any explanation or comment about the situation the next day.”
