The staff were the absolute best The rooms were great the location was fantastic

I know it was the city, but if to park was a little cheaper or got cheaper the longer you stayed I would have stayed more nights

Was not aware there is no housekeeping/maid service which did not affect me whatsoever but did perplex some in our group as they compared your price to a traditional hotel that offers daily service.

Great location that made one feel part of the City. Well designed room, like a studio apartment. Clever use of space that made the place feel roomy. Wonderful to be able to walk out the door, and use a pedestrian corridor to visit Back Bay streets and restaurants.

Not a lot to dislike. There are a lot of stairs in the building we stayed at to get to our room. If you drive and are fortunate enough to get a parking space (we'd recommend Uber/Lyft/taxi or other transit) there are even more narrow stairs to the lobby. There are apparently several buildings so this may not be an issue in them, and wasn't really for us, but we wondered about others with more limited mobility.

Very easy to check-in, the lady at the desk was very nice and thoroughly explained everything carefully, easy to find my parking spot and room, very pleased with the whole process. The room was very nice and clean, it had everything i needed and more, and the bed was very comfortable!

I was awoken earlier than I would have liked due to hearing the cleaning people next door cleaning and in the hallway talking. I understand it's an old building and insulation isn't the best, so I wasn't really too mad about it.

Check in and the location are great! Walking distance to many attractions.

The pull-out couch was very uncomfortable; they need to upgrade that. Had to go to front desk to get trash removed and clean towels.

Beautiful street, building and 1 bedroom apt in the Copley Square neighborhood. Excellent accommodations. Felt like home. Parking offered at $35 / day but you can come and go as you please. Spot is right behind the building. Staff waited at the back door to make sure I found the door.

Loved the location, close to train line, centrally located, and surrounded by beautiful pathways with brownstones, flowers, and a pretty park across the street. Liked the quiet area and quiet apartment building.

We were in a third floor walk-up apartment which felt like a 4th floor walk up because of all the stairs. Our TV only got one channel in - the Comedy Channel.

Checkin was smooth, the room spacious and with all amenities I needed - microwave, kettle, a hob and a little oven. Lovely neighbourhood!

It was an amazing location, clean, and fit our needs perfectly.

The "apartment" was really just a room worth kitchenette. It would have been perfect for a couple, but it was too small for three adults.

Copley house is in very good location of the city, few min walk from the Prudential Center as well where you can find shops, supermarket. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

There are several buildings connected with this hotel. If you get a room in the main department, the room might be too loud, however when I asked for a room change, they solved it immediately. It is a bit pricy.
