The smell of marijuana was in the parking lot and the people above our apartment clomped around until late at and night and early in the morning. It was quite noisy and irritating. Didn’t get much sleep.

However, the air conditioner was not working to the best. It was either too cold or if we turned it off, it was too hot. We were a bit disappointed by the restaurant. They were closed on Monday and Tuesday. We wanted to get some coffee and hot water and we were not able to get any. The pool was closed before the hours stated in the brochure. The fire pit was not on and there is no hot tub.

The one bedroom suite was very nice. The suite was clean and well maintained. The hotel is in the close distance to Biltmore.

The family above us were super loud. Dragging furniture, heavy footed, and running back and forth. I’ve stayed here before though, and it wasn’t an issue. It was the guests more than the facility

This property is a condo complex with spacious rooms and most of the comforts of home There’s a full kitchen and dining area, living room, terrace, and we had two large bedrooms with full baths We ate at the onsite restaurant and the food was very fresh and delicious

Decor screaming 1990’s all the way. Cleaning not that thorough - debris and dust bunnies behind the bedroom nightstand. Azalea restaurant closed on Mon & Tues.

All amenities as listed and functional, like a little apartment. Restaurant on premise (good quality food). No charge for parking.

- We were on the top floor and the elevator was out of order... Not great for a family traveling in August heat. - I didn't feel 100% safe outdoors at night. There were lots of people coming and going or loitering in the parking lot, smoking or sitting in their running cars for awhile. - Facilities weren't as updated or well-maintained as they would be in a hotel. - No dog waste station or trash cans near our building. - The hot tub was out of service, and we didn't use the pool (goes to 8 feet, which my kids aren't ready for).

Check-in/out staff were super friendly, with helpful maps and lists of recommended local businesses. The room itself was large, comfortable, and fairly well maintained, with a full kitchen and huge bathroom. Pet friendly and quiet, and my kids loved it. Definitely more of a vacation rental than a hotel. Super convenient to Biltmore, and glad to support Biltmore Village getting back on its feet after Helene.

The TV stations were limited/ streamed. A minor issue with our one night stay. Elevator to our 4th floor room was broken.

Little balcony, nice kitchen, close to restaurants, hospitals, etc. Our room was only $109 plus tax and fees, on site restaurant, super clean, full size coffee pot, spacious bathroom.

The fitness center, pool and hot tub.

The room was awesome and so spacious. However, the fitness center was super grungy. And the pool had no lighting and wasn’t opened till posted. The hot tub was also down and broke.

The pool does not look the pictures in listing at all. The pool chairs are dirty? Moldy? Tree debris all over no towels and super disappointing, was hoping to have a pool afternoon on a hot day but it just was not an inviting space to hang out at

Not really much I didn't like. The thermostat would only let us set the temp for roughly 3 hours then it would set back to 68. It was summer when we stayed but it wasnt the hottest of weather that weekend. Highs were mid 70s so 68 was in the cold side. We eneded up swithing it to heat mode. The elevator was down on our section but I don't fault them for that. Things break, and can take time to repair pending on parts and all. We were missing an ironing board but again not the worst thing. We did have an iron in the room. Lastly or only real valid point is the walls are a tad on the then side. But, so are most hotels. You could hear the neighboring unit sometimes open their sliding closet door and hear the water in the walls or someone above at times. If you live in an apartment with neighbors then it wouldnt bother you at all. Not a deal breaker as it wasn't often. Would Definitely stay again. These were small things and we still loved our stay.

The location and the amenities. We were closely located to everything we wanted to do & explore. The Biltmore was our main attraction and we were less than 5 minutes from main entrance. Downtown was not much mire of a drive either. Bathroom was large and plenty of living and kitchen space. Pretty much everything you would need foe a long stay. However we were only there 2 nights so we didn't need much. Just wanted to be comfortable. Which we were. Also enjoyed eating on the balcony.

The sofa bed was not comfortable, and the hot tub wasn’t working. The pool lights were all off even before the pool closed, which was creepy.

The apartment was really comfortable, there was a TV in the living room, and plenty of seating. The full kitchen and balcony were nice.

The address took me to a different hotel. Then, the registration area was not easy to find. I had to ride around and finally found someone to ask sbout the location.. Upon arrival to my condo, it had a strong smell of marijuana. I am highly allergic to it, so I had to wear a mask going in and out of the unit. Lastly, the hot tub in the pool area was closed, dug up and taped off. I had asked about specifically about the pool and hot tub when booking the day before arrival and was not informed of the closer.

The condo was very nice. The furniture was very outdated, yet very clean. There was a lot of room in the condo and everything I could ask for. The best part was the king-size bed. It was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. I traveled alone and felt very safe. Compared to the hotels, it was very reasonable!

The fire alarm went off in the building at 2:30am - not the fault of staff. We called the office and they said they were trying to get it turned off, but it took quite a long time to get it off. The elevator was out of order and the water in the refrigerator door did not work.

The room was spacious and clean, location was great, and the staff was polite.
