The bed was a little uncomfortable for me as I like soft beds but if you like firm beds it will be perfect for you.

My kids loved the playground and it was a great space for the price. Very clean and well kept. The owner was very attentive.

Shower (and bathroom itself) was kind of tight for even one person. I enjoy the tiny home life, however the shower is a space I would designate a touch more space. Just my opinion.

This place is great! Small, but perfect for a solo stay and would be great for a couple as well. It felt secure and private even though it's located in a neighborhood. The amenities are simple yet sufficient. Big fan!

This location provided a fenced in private drive way. The playground was perfect for our 6 yr old. The grounds were kept emaculate. The cute cottage was perfect. We're a family of 3 and it housed us adequately. Everything you would need was there to prepare and cook meals. Grocery store right down the road. Safe neighborhood.

You REALLY need to put a non-slip mat in the shower. I can always toss down a towel to provide stability but a better solution would be a permanent, adhesive mat. A larger table (without the knee-knocker braces) would be useful for breakfast and work space. Do you really expect a family of four to use it...with only two chairs provided? An end table or a shelf by the couch would be convenient. I improvised a caster to hold my drink while using the couch.

The dog really enjoyed the expansive lawn and sunny days. I enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack chair at end of day. The cross ventilation from opening the windows was most welcome.

We loved everything!! No complaints at all!

The Base Camp was perfect and was in an excellent location in Spokane. It was quiet and we had a lovely big yard with chairs to sit outside and admire Shari’s plants and the landscaping was beautiful. This cabin had all the amenities you could want. Our daughter lives in Spokane and we will definitely stay here again next year! Highly recommend!!!

The entire property was beautiful. It was incredibly peaceful and my daughter was playing on the little playground every chance she got. Very well thought out and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay to the fullest. We've already told friends and family about this place so they can book it when they come to visit!

The house was very comfortable but the heater / AC unit was a bit disruptive at night.

Location was central to activities in Spokane, in a nice quiet neighborhood with off-street parking, a beautiful yard and plenty of privacy. Hosts were very easy to work with and though it was small, the kitchen had everything we needed to make simple meals during our stay. The house was very clean.

There really isn’t anything I did not like.

This was a great place for a getaway. It was easy to find and access. It is located in a very quiet area and close to great hiking trails, restaurants and activities. Everything about The Base Camp met all of our expectations. The hosts are incredible. They were easy to contact and they made sure we had everything we needed. There is much more I could say, but I think you should come experience it for yourself. It is definitely a place we will book as often as possible.
