We had some issues with check in and had to wait over an hour to get our rooms after 6 pm and then we had to wait to get into a restaurant for dinner. Not a good start for a family with small children.

The day we arrived they had difficulty getting our rooms ready and by 6:30 PM we did not have a room. The staff was very helpful getting us in two rooms but not what we had requested but close, but then our luggage got lost/taken to the wrong room. It was not a good start to the stay and then we had to wait a long time to get into a restaurant for dinner and get the food. The management on many levels were very concerned and did take care of us though. Waiting to get food at the restaurants always took a long time.

It was a treat to stay at this hotel. The facilities were lovely. The food at the restaurants was excellent. The rooms were wonderful. Staff were helpful. We were there for the 4th of July and the activities for children were great as were the swimming pools.

Super friendly and helpful staff everywhere we went. GOOD breakfast buffet. Lovely lounging spots, from pools to spas to chairs by the firepits at night. Just overjoyed with this staycation. Also, free self-parking is so appreciated since most hotels gouge you that way.

I wish I would've known that many of the restaurants would not be open during the week. I tried to avoid a lot of people, but I may have chosen differently if I had known that. A lot of the pools/hot tub were also closed.

I loved the views from the restaurants. They were absolutely stunning and the perfect backdrop to our dinner. I also thought the drinks were really tasty. My husband loved his massage.

When we sat down, there was food left on a table near our chairs that wasn't removed for another hour or so. I should of asked to have it removed but thought it was obvious that people had changed.

My husband and I always pick hotels around Austin to celebrate birthdays and our anniversary. We love having time at the pool and then going for delicious food. We mostly do central Austin hotels but this time I chose the Omni BC. I love that we didn't have to leave the hotel for anything. We arrived at 1PM, got an early checkin and went straight to one of the 3 pools. We had a delicious quinoa salad and some cocktails. We ate dinner at the Blind Salamander. The hotel has great views! We hiked and had a wonderful breakfast. We will be back.

I was a little bit disappointed in the quality of the food at the Crenshaw's restaurant. Our first night at the resort we had dinner there and the quality of the food was not near what I expected. It also took a long time to get our food. The server was kind and attentive. I just wish we hadn't had to wait so long to eat.

The customer service at the resort was above and beyond!! Every single staff member we encountered on our stay went out of their way to provide exceptional customer service!! This resort deserves TEN STARS!! I was so happy with the way my family and I were treated during our stay. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for taking such amazing care of us.

Maybe I would say the mattress it was not comfortable

Everything was perfect. The resort is so beautiful inside and outside, the view from our room was absolutely stunning all the time specially at sunset and sunrise, we stayed at the Juliet balcony room ,Kids friendly , pool are nice and loved the adults one, we had lunch at the pool and it was perfect then we had dinner at the sunset area the food and the view was spectacular. The next day we had our breakfast at Texas Spice and it was excellent. The people at the front desk were very friendly nice and welcoming. I would say all the employees were very very nice. Valet guys are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and resort 10/10

Computers were down upon check in. When I checked out they made me pay with a different card for additional charges to the room. Then three days later the same charges were applied to the card on file.

Bedroom was outdated and bathroom was terribly small. Two people could not be in it at the same time getting ready. Toilet was pushed back in an alcove and was weirdly setup. Bedroom was large and the bathroom should have been bigger. Fireplace was turned off. Terrible view of the roof above valet.
