Check in was different. The office is locked so we waited for a text that had our room info. Make sure to fill out the form they send you in an email since that triggers them to send your room info. The room itself was a little outdated. We didn’t have a dresser for our clothes and while there was a closet to hang clothes there weren’t enough hangers for everyone. Also our bathroom door wouldn’t lock.

It was cute and quiet. It had several areas to hang out outside. My daughter liked the large connect four and chess set. Location was great. We could walk to the Red Hut Cafe for coffee and breakfast in the morning. And the evening, it was easy walk across the street to several restaurants. Keyless entry was nice.

The mini fridge was dirty with melted water and something red stained on the inside fridge door. The floor felt like it hadn’t been swept and it was gritty. Parking lot was being worked on so there wasn’t much parking. We were in a downstairs unit and could hear every movement from the people above us. They sounded like they were walking around all night and early morning. The pictures of the property are very misleading also. Not the motels fault but when we were returning a woman that was staying there was squatting and going to the bathroom right in front of the property(day time).

The location was great, close to Heavenly and the Marina area. Electric scooters were available almost right outside the door. They answered texts and phone calls quickly. For the area the price decent.

I would recommend cleaning the air conditioner filters, as they are quite dusty. However, I didn’t use it, so this is basically my only comment.

Good value for money. Excellent location — close to shops and cafés, yet not on the main road but among pine trees, so it was quiet to sleep. This is not a 5-star hotel, so don’t expect new furniture, but what mattered was that it was truly clean. Bed linens and towels were spotless and felt like new. The bathroom and toilet were also clean. No bedbugs or insects were noticed. Just 5 minutes from Whole Foods, McDonald’s, Chipotle, restaurants, and cafés, and the beach is only about a 10-minute walk away.

Pictures vs. reality is very different. Unfortunately the inside of the apartment is not as nice and it has many faults (toilet seat was to small for the toilet) and needs more touches to make it nicer. Unfortunately the place was dirty in many places. Side tables were dirty and sticky from juice. Showers was not cleaned, tv pilot was dirty and sticky. Room for improvement there. You can hear everything coming from other neighboring rooms.

Bed was comfortable and it was a good location. Price was very competitive.

We found the property to not be the cleanest. Cobwebsand a bit dated bedding and furniture. There was no iron or ironing board and in the three days we were there there was no housekeeping. We couldn’t say our concerns to management as there was never anyone on the office

We liked the proximity to Heavenly resort, a 30 min walk or a 5 minute drive. Also close to a wholefoods which we were happy about. The value of the motel in comparison to other ms was good as this was one of 17 hotels/ motels on our road trip.

The runners (rugs) on the floor were really old and sliding around, the bottoms were worn out and not keeping the rugs in place (can be a hazard). Overall positive experience, however.

Room had no a/c , was told since I scheduled thru 3rd party we get a room with fan , wich was actually not bad , just odd ...also really loud plumbing in showers , room next to us turned on shower about 6 am and sounded like a alarm was going off , woke us up ...

There was construction happening during the stay which started somewhat early. I woke up early so it didn’t matter much to me, but could’ve affected other guests. Should be perfect after the new pool/hot tub are in!

The location is absolutely perfect, right near the marina, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. Everything was available for my stay and the staff was so accommodating! Very nice room with everything I needed.
