One day they ran out of a few food selections and refused to prepare more. Shut down the pancake maker early. It appeared that staff was more interested in cleaning up early,(well before the 10AM stop time) than preparing more food which Guests are expecting to enjoy.

It was loud at night. There were people yelling and making noise and a dog barking. There were also a couple of annoying gnats in the room. I couldn’t even eat my food in peace.

Staff lied to us. Said they were full for the night and couldn’t move us from a room next to the vending machine. And then…another room became available.

My room was right across from the utility closet and I was able to hear everytime the door opened or anyone talking passing by. I wasn't able to rest as well. I searched for TNT to watch the All Star Game & it wasn't available! 😞.

I love the clean environment. The fact that you offered meat for breakfast other than Beef or Pork was key. I believe that sets you apart. The staff was exceptional. Everything I needed in a room was available unto me except TNT! It wasn't my first stay and it will not be my last, when I'm in town. Everything was clean, fresh scent, modern & very well kept. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure your customers are very satisfied.

Orange mold on shower head, wiped off with towel. Housekeeping just needs to spray and clean with virus’s killing product when cleaning bathroom. Noticed it when showering, woke up with gunky eyes

We drove over 5 hours and were told the pool was closed....then we were told 2 different stories about the pool and the girl at the desk told us we could go back to Arkansas to a water park if we wanted to

The broken elevator. We stayed there and we were put in a room on the third floor. We had an ADA shower as requested but carrying all of our things up three flights of stairs after driving a long distance was a bit much. Then we were charged a pet fee and asked about it multiple times when we let the staff know we weren’t traveling with any pets. I had to dispute the pet charges which added a level of stress that we didn’t need, and finally after two or three days we received a refund of the pet fee. The original overcharge is still on our banking balance and so far that hasn’t changed and its been pending since our 8/9/25 stay. We will choose to stay with another brand the next time we travel.

The breakfast was ok. I have had better in the past at other Holiday Inn's. One of the staff members kept asking me if I was OK...that got on my nerves. The building seemed older and out of date. The pool was closed and my grandchildren was disappointed. The location was hard to find.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was ok. If I need to stay again on a whim and everything else is booked up then I might stay at this location.

Kids running down the hall, which I know that somethings can’t be controlled, it’s up to the parents for this one, but other than that, there is nothing that I dislike about the property
