Location was a bit "out-there", bathroom has a sliding door and silent ventilation (not a problem for solo travel). Parking a bit expensive but very convenient

Considering it wasn’t a busy area and there was plenty of space, I was surprised they charged $22 each night. Lastly, I also wish they had a hot tub; I would come with my family if they did.

The room was very spacious, clean, and modern-looking. The terrace on the third floor was beautiful, featuring olive trees and lounge chairs. It was a very relaxing stay. I also loved the coffee from the coffee manufactory in the lobby.

Location was awesome. Stayed here for the 49ers football game and the location was awesome. Was close enough that we could get an uber, yet was far enough away we didn’t have the business.

We didn’t like the breakfast experience at Adrestia. While the food was excellent, the service unfortunately was not so great. When we got there, we patiently waited to be seated and were initially led to a table that had not been properly cleared from the previous customer. Although we politely asked for the table to be cleaned, the lack of apology from the server was disappointing. Then we had another server who was remarkably polite and friendly, which helped to offset our initial dissatisfaction. They didn’t seemed to have a dedicated server for each table, but maybe because they weren’t too busy which we didn’t mind at all. However, our experience took a turn for the worse when we encountered the 3rd server. It was an older man with his hair up in a bun. Shortly after he brought our food, we immediately attempted to get the bill because we had a game to catch. Despite our efforts to get his attention since the other two were not around, we were repeatedly ignored. When we finally managed by the 3rd time to get his attention, his attitude and rudeness were glaring, ultimately ruining our overall experience. While I refrained from complaining at the time, I felt it’s important to bring this matter to your attention. Despite this disappointing encounter, I didn't want it to overshadow the positive of our short stay at your hotel.

We had a fantastic experience at your hotel. The rooms were excellent, the hotel was clean and had a modern design, and the staff were very accommodating. The comfortable bed made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, everything about our experience was great. Thank you!

The bathroom light, lights up the whole entire room. Although it is esthetically pleasing, it can be discomforting for whoever you share the room with. As it is a super bright light.

The hotel is beautiful, looks like you’re in a different country, it really is designed so chic and nicely. Loved it. Gave a high class vibe.

Poor directional signage in the facility so it was hard to find the pool area. Also you and had to pay for parking.

The bed. Very low The carpet in the room need to be clean more often. If you walk without sleepers you will get your feet dirty.

I checked in at this hotel on June 25th, and around 3 PM, the front desk girl on the right side was extremely rude and had no patience. She assigned me a room with loud mechanical noise that went on all night, making it impossible to sleep. After I reported the issue, she still refused to move me to a quiet room. I even checked three more rooms with a technician, and all had the same problem. This is absolutely not the level of service expected from a 4-star hotel. Very disappointing experience — I will not be returning. Not recommended.

I paid a deposit of 100 USD but it was not refunded back yet. The receptionist said it will be back in my account within 3 days but has not. Now it has been 7 days. I am sending messages to the hotel but no reply.

Hotel did not explain to us that parking on the property was not complimentary in the garage. At $22 a night (and there is literally no other location to park anywhere near the property) it jacks up your stay by 20%. I’ve never been charged for parking on site for a hotel before. Ridiculous. I’ll never stay here again! Also the beds were awful! I could barely sleep each night.
