Difficulty finding the office it was down the street . Someone at the pool gave me directions. The receptionist was very helpful. She walked me to a parking space.

arrival instructions unclear. you need to check in at another hotel along the street as Las Casa is part of a consortium of 9 hotels in the vicinity. we spent too long using the call button on the wall of our hotel, with no one answering because one guy was managing reception, and portering, for multiple properties

location to the beach and restaurants all within a short walking distance, room comfortable and clean, albeit furnishings and decor a little tired and dated

The pools and hot tubs facades can use a little love. It's hard to figure out if this is a diamond in the rough or a gem on the decline. I really hope the current owners put the love into this property it deserves.

The courtyard was a really nice place to hang out at the end of the day. Very relaxing. The painted outdoor wall murals were charming. Being able to use any of the pools across the multiple properties was great.

The hotel office was two buildings away and there was no direction from the building to the office when we stayed. No one had informed us about this situation before. A guest we saw by chance helped us and we were able to reach the office to check in and enter our room. Also, the check-in staff was not friendly or helpful.

The location of the hotel was perfect. The equipment in the rooms was also sufficient.

The room was kind of wonky, with a few things sort of 'patched up', as it appeared to have been converted from something else to hotel (maybe apartments). None of that mattered to us. Most importantly, it was safe, clean and quiet. Also excellent experience with every staff member we encountered.

Room was eclectic, but huge, comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff were very accommodating. Great neighborhood for walking around to eat, for coffee, very fun vibe. I would stay here again for sure. Totally beats the chain hotel vibe.

Place was great. But only stayed one night before jumping on the cruise ship. Would stay here again. Excellent location just two blocks from the ocean.

There was an issue with the shower faucet ... a handle that had previously fallen off and was sitting on the window ledge, also a louver missing from the shutters, which reduced privacy somewhat. All reported on our departure, but obviously existed for some time without attention for repair.

The location is awesome. Very walkable to everything, including the beach, and yet still provides a peaceful environment. The gentleman at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming. Cute property. Well maintained pool area.

Checking in was confusing as you have to go to hotel suites across the street to check in.

It was tucked away and walk about .3 of a mile to the Beach. It was convenient. You park in front of bushes where you stay or across the street. Or on grass.

On the first floor, the waterfall is running for 24 hours, with relatively boring noise.

If you like feeling that the hotel is yours including the pool and outside area, then it is a good place for you.

It's hard to get to the hotel without a car.

Tranquil place, near the beach by foot. It was quiet and restful. We found different food options nearby which were great.

The room could use updating, especially bathroom. The water seemed a little yellow in toilet/sink.

The pools were a little dirty, just needed vacuumed. But the grounds was lovely

Parking could be better, our shower took awhile to drain when we would shower, but it did drain. Housekeeping tried opening our door with her key, but never announced who she was or what she wanted when I asked. The pool was very green the first night we were there so we couldn’t get in.

The man at the office was so nice and polite, he made check in so easy. The room itself was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Location was great within a few blocks of the beach.

There was a couple not guests at the hotel naked in the pool when we came back from dinner around 10:00pm. No staff members at facilities
