Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesIt would be helpful if the front desk staff were to smile considering their job is customer service. Their behavior instead was very snobbish. Also, freebees like shaving cream should not be hidden away. When I request to look at the freebies, I should NOT be discouraged! Oh yes! The door lock and door bolt for the room are unusually large. I have a device that ensures no one can enter while I am in there. It would not fit!
Beyond those few complaints, my stay was fine!

United StatesI didn't like how your front desk agent Charged me 2x when she saw that I booked the reservation from booking.com and this girl charged me again at more for what I paid from booking. I need my $358 sent back ASAP it was a great disruption to my bank account.

United StatesI am a bonvoy member however couldn't find my number so I went on booking to make the reservation and I paid in full on booking. When I got to the location the receptionist took my ID ask for my number i told her I didn't have it but I paid fully on booking website, thos person charged me again after I paid for my room already, thos isvsuch a inconvenience cause she charged me a 1cnight stay of $358 after I paid booking rate of $307. I m so disgusted at this because why the hell did she do this. I have a few reasons but I won't say it on here. Next time you need to train your front desk associates to do there jobs correctly and pay attention to detail not the person checking in. Also the restaurant for breakfast closes at 10:30 am who does this... listen you need to make sure you make the guest happy, we had to go to Starbucks with 2 toddlers to eat and the last time we were there it closed which the restaurant for breakfast at 11am now at 1030!!!!!! I need my money to be returned ASAP as well.!!!!
