    Location

No staff around in the evening or night. Left several messages because tv didn't work. Never heard back.

I didn’t expect our room no aircon, it’s different in the website and actual room and also looks old our room.

Location to shops/food/beach in Tahoe city was great. Very good communications and response time is excellent by hotel staff.

The cost was not on par with the accommodations. Our last night (Sunday) the parking lot was empty, yet we paid a premium price!!!?! Maybe should have shopped around a little more for accommodations. But Tahoe, in general, is expensive in the summer time

My room had a king sized bathtub with jets.

The parking lot was not accommodating. I had to park on the street at one point and walk to my room.

Room was OK for an overnight stay, a bit small and sparsely furnished, but the beds were comfortable. Building was old but had been refurbished somewhat, and seemed clean. Outdoor balcony entry, which might have been a problem had it been cold or snowy, but was fine for our springtime conditions. Location was very good, easy to get to and lots of things within easy walking distance, i.e. shopping, lake, dining, etc.

Expensive for age, size and condition.

The room had a jet spa bathtub, and it really felt great. Plenty of hot water. Johnathon was extremely helpful and accommodating.

The only thing my room was lacking was a rubber duck. Parking was a bit of a challenge at times.
