Only problem was the pool was nasty and the water in the pool was dark green you couldn't see the bottom of the pool.

The pool looked like it had been shut down for a very long time. Also a lot of empty drug packets found around location. It looked like a very unsafe area. I caught someone trying to break into my car. Good job I had a pitbull with me.

It's under construction and it was a little noisy and I couldn't get ice or wash. And they gave me a tile that smelled like urine. No house keeping if you stay over.

Great location but need to change your bathroom Tub, please don’t try to fix if you know the inside of your Tub has been Damaged. For example the room I was in it was the Tub was fix and painted. This so unprofessional & unsafe to shower in please have Tub replaced, I can’t believe I paid a full amount for eight days I stayed in that room 120

They charged me double for My room. I booked though booking . Com and paid. And then when I arrived at the property they charge me a second time . She said she was charging the $50 deposit but she charged me double. Please get a refund of the many o paid through booking

New black girl told me i couldnt check in till 3 ive stayed here for a couple years checked in before noon if i cant check in till 3 you need to only charge half a day i drive a semi im gone usually 6 weeks i want to get out of my truck go in a room relax checkout is at 11 so have rooms cleaned and available by 12 noon

I believe I payed for a room that was higher than the basic rooms, the room you gave me was literally facing all the smokers who are outside all night smoking on the balcony and walking around smoking so it defeats the purpose of me asking for a non smoking room, I got admitted to the Emergency room on Friday night from all the second hand smoke I had to endure at the hotel, they should smoke their cigarettes in their rooms. Or designate a certain area for smoking outside of their rooms. I did not like that the rooms are not up to par prior to anyone checking in, the room they gave us had a tv that had no signal and not working I called for someone to come and see what was wrong or show us how to turn it on, I was told they will call maintenance and no one followed up for 2 days, I had to walk to the office on the 3rd day to ask about the Tv to only to find out that TV had been broken all along, so Courtney gives us another room that can available only to find out the refrigerator in that room was not working so I had to request for you to switch refrigerator with the previous room we were in being that the TV was broken in that room. So the moral of this story is that I really was not able to enjoy my stay at your until the 4th night because of all these issues which could have been avoided if it is being managed properly by this who are managing this hotel. MANAGEMENT SHOULD ALWAYS REQUEST FOR MAINTENANCE TO MAINTAIN THE ROOMS ON A DAILY BASIS!! MAINTENANCE SHOULD MAKE SURE ALL OF THE AMENITIES and APPLIANCES ARENIN GOOD WORKING CONDITIONS ON DAILY BASIS! MANAGEMENT SHOULD ALSO ENSURE THAT ALL OF THE ROOMS ARE FULLY AND COMPLETELY SANITIZED, with clean bed sheets, pillows & adequate towels, and toiletries before putting anyone in that room IF HOUSEKEEPING IS NOT AVAILABLE.

Well I'm doing these opposite but I did like the updates they were doing and the manager listen to my concerns and was very friendly

It's great to see that they're actually renovating this facility and the updates that they're doing are cute. However, there was a 1-in gap between my door and there were tons of flies and gnats in the room that you couldn't keep out. The room smelled like marijuana and the staff was great and came in and you know put some air freshener in there but there was nothing we could do about the bugs. There was a dumpster right outside my door and it smelled like garbage. There are very skeptical, sketchy people staying there and kept me up throughout the night. My second night I notified the staff and they just didn't seem like they cared because it seems like it's an ongoing problem. You could tell from the garbage around the facility I was very disappointed. No hot tub or pool. The property clearly did not look like it was supposed to on booking.com and I just kept getting messages saying that due to covid some services would not be provided which was a total lie

I didnt like how the room wasn't really cleaned, they had hairs on the sheet of one bed hairs also in the shower, lots of Nats on the mirror.
